I had some silly ideas for pregnancy stories, might have been done before but here goes. I think writers get too focused on their scope.
They get obsessed with describing everything that is happening around thus making everything less detailed.

I think it would be best to focus on her mental (and physical) corruption. Maybe at first the pain is so unbearable (she doesn't stretch well enough) that having a 3 month sized belly almost kills her, so even with her morals she decides to transplant one.
After every one she can get a little bigger, and it becomes more and more pleasurable.
This could lead into 2 separate scenarios, she either thinks she doing other women a favor or she's jealous these women get to carry these babies to term so she goes FULL hyper preg herself.

Maybe a character trying to save her like you said, maybe at the end have that character find her after a small time skip HUGE in a barn somewhere about to give birth.

The only "real" advice I have is that erotic literature doesn't seem to focus on the bodily changes other than breasts and belly.
