Well for one thing, "atai" isn't limited to young girls, and even the girliest men don't tend to use "atashi"—and the purpose of this thread, so far as I can divine, is not feminization of the subject, merely "denial" and perhaps mock-humilliation.

It's also rare to see men use even "watashi" outside of formal situations—and this thread is a rather decidedly informal affair. That said, it's probably the most commonly used first-person pronoun by Japanese women—regardless of whether they're young girls or older women.

You're focusing way too much on first-person pronouns, though—there's very little in the realm of humiliation possible with them, short of being properly submissive to somebody else, in which case you'd generally want to use something like 私め. There's far, far more potential in the realm of humiliation in second-person pronouns, which is one of the main reasons I rarely read translated femdom doujinshi—while talking up isn't much of a problem for a competent translator, there's just no effective way to get the full spectrum of talking down to that Japanese is capable of in English.
