Just screwed around with slave creation in FC to find out what's considered attractive. Sharing the unexpected findings for those who are interested. Please note that this is with no FS or policies enabled.
Attractiveness score isn't an integer, so I may have overlooked some of the small gains. Fair warning.

Taller is always better. A 274cm tall freak is 5 points more attractive than a 6 foot tall slave. Huge nipples are apparently a good thing, though araeolae don't seem to matter.
Prostitution skills and Entertainment both matter, each being worth +3 at expert.

Comrades... I have a desire to make a metroidvania h-game. One where you fight or avoid monsters that wabt to /d/ you, but the game doesn't necessarily end with getting /d/-ed. Some cases, like bosses, sure game over. But getting filled full of eggs (or cum) means your character now has to deal with limited mobility and possibly eventually birthing whatever the fuck was stuffed in them. Even more, I want to make it so the player has a choice as to whether they want to play as a male or female character, and suffer the consequences either way.

Pixel-art is tough, but I'm learning from tutorials and cursed with perfectionism. What do you guys think? Does it sound at all interesting?

Kinda, but Metroidvania gameplay is deceptively difficulty to get right, and there are already several MV-style /d/ games out there that are pretty good. Can't remember the names of the two big ones off the top of my head, unfortunately.

If your goal is to improve your skills, then go for it.

If you just want to put out some sprite-based /d/ content, one thing you could do is draw the sprites and then write little stories/captions to go with them.

So, I'm working on the climax-bonus system for combat.

I have attacks target health, and rape attempts target energy. Both low health and low energy result in knock downs of combatants.

I have the lewd during the round, but how is the player supposed to win by fucking the enemies?

I'm thinking about a bonus/ climax system. So after the three lewd rounds, the meter is full, so on the fourth round is the 'finish'. I'm thinking it K'O's the enemy, and replenishes the player hp/energy some.

The fourth round for the enemy would be something similar/ or they escape/ or they lay eggs then escape.

Also should player initiated rapes auto continue next turn? I'm thinking they should, until the bonus.

Well I thought about the loli trading aspect and then mocked this up. Would it work? Can you think of anything that would be good to keep in mind for it? Right now I could start off just with the ability to buy/sell lolis, then later I was thinking of adding the ability to prostitute them out, or to produce (possibly custom) pics/videos with the girls for money. But those aren't needed at first and should wait until more core features of the game are in, but I think just having a buying/selling menu like this would be pretty easy to make.

Other things I was hoping to work on before releasing a demo (probably around Christmas/new years?) would be like...

The first one is a classic RAGS style exploration/adventure game with minimal life simulator elements (just where it makes sense for gameplay and plot). Just not in RAGS. Getting real tired to see someone make something within past two years that doesn't get abandoned. In general or to make another demo, or a Patreon RPG Maker game.

The second one is a dungeon crawler/RPG/rogue-lite, in the style of pretty much everything under the sun made by Western indie /d/evs. Had this idea already before, boils down to doing what is out there slightly differently.

I imagine I couldn shittily pull off either, but I am not sure if I can go with the latter, and organically incorporate all the minor kink ideas for the former, as well as plot more meaningful than generic boilerplate. Also, the latter would be a text-only game, which is fine, but not my personal preference.

On the other hand, with decently "procedural" gameplay I could probably play my dungeon game myself, whereas the adventure would be more akin to just writing a 4.5 paragraphs on an image board for other people to read, kek.

"Wait for the hotfix" is usually a good approach. If that doesn't work, try "wait for the next hotfix." The weekend is when the most stable releases are up, since I typically release early in the week and then hotfix repeatedly.

It affects breast size indirectly, through lactation, though there should probably be some modest pre-lactation growth. Hips, on the other hand, refer mostly to a slave's bone structure, so no pregnancy effects there. That would fall under weight.

So, I've got some slaves from a NGP i've kept going for a few versions, created from around .8.5 I want to say. Def a .8 version. Anyways, on the main menu description it doesn't show their smart piercing, however it will change their fetish and be recognized by the game as there, just not showing. However when I try to set the smart piercing to "all sex" it never changes their fetish to it or acts like it recognizes that setting, however it will recognize all other settings. At first it will be the three blocks, but I'll end up replacing it with a meter down the line. So it can drain slowly between turns.

Don't mind the animation in the corner, working on the lewd manager at the moment. Making it more flexible so it will play over which combatant is getting raped. Before it was hard coded to play over the player sprite, but since the player/ or bug buddy/ is about to fuck the mobs the animation loop needs to be able to play elsewhere.

Working on a transformation game.

Right now the transformations happen as such:

Huge big block of text describing an event where you are transformed. This happens 3 times for each transformation. I had little 'twists' for each transformation, and the passages ended up fairly huge, and some even fill the entire text box instantly.

But I'm thinking it might work far better if:

More "gamey" transformation, where "X body part becomes Y", Y in this case being some sort of brief description. Basically it would work where each transformation can have as many or as few passages as it wants, then when the player loses HP they show up as a single passage. For example if the player were to lose 30% of their life in one turn, they would get 3 out of the 10 possible transformation steps as a single passage of text. It would result in something like:
>"Your hands become numb and purple. Your feet become glossy and purple, and your toes have vanished, giving your smooth and simple feet.Your legs become smooth and hairless, and purple. Your hands become a single finger-less mitt, made of purple rubber."
If the player were to be turning into a purple sex doll.
I'd still likely find some way to have the enemy 'emote' during the encounter, but likely have it not count as far as HP is concerned.

As someone who has actually written their first game using "big blocks of text describing an event", then written later games to "write shorter descriptions"... I can offer some advice.

It is likely to take you longer with Option A (writing a short novel), compared to Option B (writing short text sections). Option A will take a very long time, and you may only have minor variations on the "transformation". Option B, allows you slightly more flexibility with writing variants of each "transformation", depending upon the start and end states (of the poor unfortunate imaginary soul you are going to inflict the transformations upon).

Option A will be literally "Quality Control hell", if you are doing it on your own, with no one to proofread your scripts.
