weird one for me, in Yoshi's Story there's a level where these floating piranha plants can eat you. If they do, you get spat out as a shrunken Yoshi, complete with different sound effects and smaller eggs from the egg spawning boxes.

Apart from that Kanahebi needs to improve on the pattern of the shadows. I was stuck a whole 5 minutes trying to make the shadows move enough so I could exit the screen because they kept going forwards and backwards, and yeah, I tried purposely getting one close to the other so they would move, but it didn't work at all.
