I successfully became lucid a couple times after I made reality checks part of my everyday.

I'd argue that the fact we see fairly similar averages when these kinds of polls are run across a variety of different websites is pretty promising, but yeah, it's always difficult to judge the effects of biases.

Yep, this is certainly seems to be the case. Many of the ladies posting over on various SW websites, for example, seem to be more interested in "giant men" rather than themselves shrinking. Of course there's a spectrum here (where does "them being giant" and "me being tiny" cross over significantly?), so it can be hard to get any definitive answer.
