a few years. they took a while to grow. it wasn't an overnight thing. they're a 36C. I love them but they're difficult to hide and i was wearing a binder for a while but that made them flat and although i do want to hide them i'd rather them not look like saggy pancakes when i'm not so i stopped wearing my binder and just wear a sports bra. they're still noticible but not super obvious i don't think. Can confirm with spotty anecdotal evidence.
I was on the Fenugreek+Red Clover program for about seven months. Stopped in February. I didn't see any significant growth, some but not worth documenting. I did however get a massive rise in sensitivity that has stuck around to this day.

I do it. I don't have any pictures so you'll have to take my word. It's kind of painful at first once the saline starts to flow. The trick to making them look nice is not to put too much in. You might think 1000cc would be awesome but it doesn't create any "underboob" and instead creates large half spheres that are much too high on your chest. 500cc is much more realistic looking.
