Not my style to throw dissention this early into a /co/ project thread but I just watched Moana for the first time this morning and thus heard Shiny for the first time.
Not only was it the weakest song in the movie the whole sequence sort of seemed unwarranted and felt like either a last minute edition or an early draft idea that made it all the way production while the whole rest of the movie changed around it.

I love that song, but I'm not sure if I would classify that as a total villain song, since Scrooge isn't the one singing it, and he gets a total redemption anyway, he's basically the protagonist of the story.

I don't know if unused songs count but this was snuff out the light which was supposed to be yzma's villain song in the old version of emperor's new groove. Its pretty good.
