I never watched season 2 of the anime past the first episode because it's absolute dogshit. They completely butchered the manga version of Kaneki's transformation and the resolution of the aogiri conflict. The first season of the anime was rushed but not a bad version of the story, but they went full retard on episode 12 and carried over the retardation to season 2 from what I saw, so I dropped it.

TG's problems is its very dull early part. It gets good around when the Gourmet shows up, and really kicks into gear when Kaneki gets kidnapped, and so of course Studio Pierrot has to go full retard right as the story gets really interesting and fuck up the adaptation beyond all repair. I seem to recall it was the horrible anime original plot that made the mangaka cancel TG and start a sequel series.

It's too "clean". Hair is just these solid blobs, doesn't even look or act like hair. Clothes are immaculate and are basically just part of the character's model. In DB and DBZ you had characters take off clothes or have their clothes get battle damaged, basically never happens in Super that I've seen. So even if the character motions and everything looks nice he's still limited cause he can't draw the figures to not look like action figures.
