The biggest reason why nuPPG is failing is because the people working on it have no actual skill at their disposal. It already failed in even resemble The Powerpuff Girls, from the artstyle, to the pacing, to the sounds, to the episode setups, hell even the actual PPG characters don't look like PPG characters.
