if you still have them storytime it

I'm pretty sure Captain Underpants inspired a lot of kids to do so

including me

>be me a 8yo hobbit grill
>make comic about these people living on floating islands being harrased by shitlords in space because can't remember
>main cast were two girls who could combine into one big girl with two pairs of everything
>(basically SU but without the gay gem shit)
>big bads were basic bitch queen and advisor man who was part millipede
>cant remember much about the plot but the twist was millipede man was the real bad guy
>spanned about 3 photo albums with the comic
>My bros found it
>got shat on for weeks on end
>ended up burning it cuz I couldn't stand looking at it anymore

Now I'm a failure and everyone loves me!
>>
Me and my friend made one about some guy with lizard powers. It sucked.
>>
I made one about an alien robot named Cyclone, who could turn into a mini tornado, and fight other robots. I think I did 2 whole "issues", but they are somewhere in my moms attic.

I also did a few strips I called "Lump and Bob" about a fat lazy asshole and his tight ass roommate, Bob. Not sure what happened to those tho.
>>
>>92139771
>one big girl with two pairs of everything
So that does mean like, double body parts or something? That's pretty fucking weird.

I made this comic when I was a kid, the main character has like, a sailor hat and a clown nose for some reason. Apparently I made around 33 issues of it.

Highlights include a rival named Mr. Dude , a goldfish in a mechsuit, a whole story arc revolving around him forgetting to pay the rent and living as a homeless man with said goldfish pre-suit in a bowl on wheels, during that arc he meets a homeless version of Spider-Man called Spider-Hobo and has to go on a large quest to save his race from a tyrant king or something, a drug dealer character, an issue where he goes to Minecraft through a hole in the ground , he gets a 3-headed chihuahua, an issue where DLC takes over the world and to do anything you have to pay money through transaction pop ups, a world of flying pigs, he becomes a mythical god, he fights the Illuminati, he helps hipsters attack the mainstream, etc.

I have all the issues still, if anyone wants me to storytime this.

i used to draw comic books about spider-man and his foes like by day spider-man was all skinny but in midnight (it was always midnight) he would transform into a giant muscular figure and his clothes would rip off (this was very important for me) and he would have a giant dick
and his enemies would too
and they would fight
i'm kinda ashamed of drawing these
>>
>>92139090
I made a comic about two stick people that go adventures (Bob and Joe). Bob was the dumb comic relief while Joe was the smart one.

I also made Choose your own adventure books.

They were all terrible.

>my parents were wondering if I was trans
>burned it in middle school
>never drew anything ever again
>still jack off to tg porn
>>
I made one once mostly with stick figures, about an office worker named Pawn who worked for a mean, fat boss with a hitler mustache. One day an alien landed by Pawn's house and used a raygun to disintegrate his cat. Then as Pawn was returning, the alien got scared and ran off and left the raygun. Pawn found the raygun, went into work, and disintegrated his boss. That was the whole thing.

I remember having a lot of much better ideas for comics, but as a kid I felt like they all deserved an artistic skill level much greater than my own, so I only ever actually drew that one very crappy story, which I thought fit my shitty drawings very well.
>>
>>92140245
Yep, double everything. So four arms, two noses and two vaganias now that I think about it

They could control the placement of the extra bodyparts too. I remember them having an eye on each side of the head to stop a ninja ambushing them and another time to reach a thing they put a set of arms on the end of their arms.
>>
my mom for whatever reason kept all the hundreds of comics I would doodle as a kid. they're in a couple giant boxes in the garage.
>>
>>92139090
I remember I made a series (not just a book, a fucking series) of comics where it was just a stick figure going around killing people in various ways. It was heavily inspired by Madness and Xiao Xiao, and I even started adding different recurring characters and made "third-wall" jokes where they'd hit so hard they'd rip a hole in the paper, or use the binder rings as portals. Of course there was no plot whatsoever besides "guy goes around shooting and killing", but it was still fun.

Don't have them anymore, of course. Can't remember when, why, or how I got rid of them.
>>
>>92140797
I meant fourth-wall jokes
>>
>>92140740

Since the thread is rolling, I actually made a bunch of comics, but this one was my most popular...or at least, most made, it had no fans.

Other examples include a comic starring an old lady and a comic relief cannibal fighting against a guy appropriately named Evil Guy with other characters like fake pokemon, a thief who exclusively stole poptarts, and a rapping hip hop bunny with cold chains

Another I did frequently was about the character, Jeff, in pic related from the one Captain Underpants crunchy book o' fun or whatever it's called, apparently I liked him so much I made him into a superhero.
>>
tons. I think the very first I drew was of a vegetable superhero team consisting of Broccoli Man and Carrot Kid

My dad will never let me live it down.

In 3rd grade I had a made a Knuckles the Echidna comic called "Knux"
Knuckles falls into the world of Super Mario 64 and fights random enemies from other games. I couldn't draw Mario's hat right so I just had Mario be offscreen all the time.

My first issue was where Knuckles breaks into a secret base to destroy Big Bob-Omb's secret weapon which is just those purple guys that toss Mario around.

The second issue Knux teams up with Chain Chomp and a Little Bob-Omb to beat the Big Bob-Omb. Knuckles beats BBB by smashing the ground under him causing him to fall and fucking die on a rock.

Another one Knux meets Wario. Nothing else happens because I had enough trouble drawing Wario's nose and hat right that I couldn't be bothered to actually do anything with the premise

Another one has Knux chilling out with Yoshi and they accidentally piss off that big fish with the triangle shades and he tries to eat them.

Another one has Big Bob-Omb build the Army Dillow from DK64 to fight Knuckles and friends. Little Bob-Omb blows himself up to save the day but he gets better.

The last issue I remember making is where Dracky from Dragon Quest blows up the Twin Towers with a Kamehameha. Little Bob-Omb and Chain Chomp get framed for it (because they're also black) so Knuckles teams up with Kirby and defeat Dracky by going Super Saiyan. Kirby had a six-pack in his SSJ form but it looked like he had three rows of tits. I showed off to some kids at the Y and they thought I was a freak and wouldn't talk to me until I showed off my Pokemon Ruby strategy guide.

I have vague memories of putting in bizarre shit from Mystical Ninja in there too.

My mom threw all my comics away for having bad language like "krud" and "heck" and "dang".

Here's a scribble of "Knux". I've got a photographic memory when it comes to this fucker. I had so much fun drawing him as a kid.
>>

>That spoiler

I am so upset you don't have them anymore, I'd read those in a heatbeat, they sound fabulous.

Me and my friend drew a zombie comic in middle school and we would take turns drawing the pages. The plot was pretty simple and it was pretty fun but it's been lost, don't remember what we called it. I remember we tried drawing it again in high school but I lost interest after about 4 pages
>>
>>92141529
I wish man

There was also Star Man, a principal of a cosmic school who'd turn into a crimefighter (it was basically a Captain Underpants ripoff) and Hammer Man (a Hammer shaped non-human superhero)

I actually brought them back in another series of comics I made in 6th grade but as villains invading someone's body and making them sick

When I was in elementary school I found a piece of paper with the exact shape in the picture and thought it was a cool mask.

Made my own superhero called, "Paper Boy" and he was inspired by Disney, CN, and Nick super heroes and some comic heroes at the time too.

He was literally a kid who was struggling to use his powers and how he is in pic related is exactly how I would draw him.

He had a really dumb power set too, I basically gave him anything that pertained to the current situation and he won in like 2 panels.

I was also friends with this one kid who got mad at me because I stole his idea of "eraser man". He'd draw fucking faces on erasers and put mini capes on them and I thought it was a cool idea

>>92139090
I did and I sold them to other kids too.
I had a whole expanded universe because I wanted all of my ideas to be related. It was awful and the money was trash.

I had a good eye for non-conventional powersets though.

One created a kinetic field that traveled across the surface of whatever it touched stopping the movement of things, then retracted back to the user creating an explosion of force at wherever the user started the field. The explosion would be bigger the wider the field went but the user had to be in contact with the centre of the field while it was out

It was some sort of DBZ/Captain Underpants hybrid rip-off (and the characters were stick figures because I couldn't actually draw for shit back then). I remember little to nothing of the plot, I think I just wanted an excuse to make flip-o-rama fight scenes with my sick-ass glitter pens.

The comics might still exist in some box, I don't remember ever throwing them away, but fuck if I'm actually gonna look for them.

I drew a comic when I was like 7-13. Called it Black Ninja. It was about a thief who called himself the Black Ninja who eventually got co-opted by forces bigger than him into being a hero, when all he wanted to do was steal really cool shit. The big bad a guy named Hexman, a skinny guy in a white business suit who used curses and black magic. I stopped when a teacher told me it was racist to call it "Black Ninja", then someone stole my notebook full of drawings and ripped it up and ruined it all. I had over 500 pages drawn, all destroyed. Just left me with no desire to continue.

My brother once made a "mature version" based on the 2003-2006 Teen Titans series that saw the addition of a new titan who was essentially Deadpool, minus the necrosis, and was recognizable by his blaze orange eyes. All the main characters were color-coded stick figures (ie. red for Robin, blue for Cyborg) as that was pretty much the extent of his drawing skills.

Many years later, he retroactively regrets making the series, but liked the character he made.

I drew a lot, and wrote a lot of stories to go with my pictures when I was a kid, but I didn't try to write a comic until I was fifteen. It was a story about a party of fantasy adventurers trying to hunt down a sorcerer who cursed the party leader. I can't remember the curse now, but I do remember it somehow led to the guy's hair growing over the course of the comic. I think he might have been slowly turning into a dog or a wolf-man or something like that.

I've lost a majority of the strips, and the ones I still have are in storage now, but I remember that one of the party members ended up being kidnapped before the supposed "final fight" and getting sacrificed to a dark god, leading to an arc where they had to sail to an island which had a portal to hell on it so they could get her back, because the party's wizard was in love with her. The girl who got sacrificed had done some crazy thing like sell her intelligence for magical talent or something, which made her airheaded except when the wizard's soul met hers in the hell rescue arc. The story sort of petered out after that.

I remember some of the party members.
>Party leader, a warrior with sword and shield. Genuinely nice guy, becoming angrier as they took longer to fix the curse.
>A sarcastic bitch elven archer.
>An airheaded, cheerful healer.
>Pervert wizard who eventually fell in love with the airhead and stopped perving on other people.
>A mysterious dark elf ninja who turned out to be a girl.

Later on they hired a drunken orc to help them get to the hell-island, but he was pretty much a non-character.

I wish I could remember more specifics than that. It's been a long time now.

I had an idea that I also drew comics for. E?ven as a kid, I knew I couldnt draw, but the main shtick was this"

>There were a bunch of elemental type warriors that kept killing each other and getting reborn
>The good guy was the fire guy
>The love interest was the water girl
>The bad guy was the ice guy
>The other bad guys were the Rock guy and the Wind girl

>Rock, Ice and Wind, were a bad guy team. Ice loved wind, but rock and wind were a couple
>So, because he was so evil, Ice guy killed rock guy to be with Wind girl
>Wind girl was not pleased, and killed herself
>Then ice guy killed water girl because he was butthurt
>So fire guy and ice guy fought
>And both died.

Looking back on this, I had some really edgy ideas when I was in 3rd grade. It didnt help that I tended to imagine stories when I listened to music, and I hung out with my emo as fuck sister a lot, meaning that my main inspiration for it was fucking Good Charlotte.

I was heavily under the influence of dentistry drugs when I created Bubo the failed fish clone and Miles the fast slug. If you can't read the 10-yo child's writing from 2007, they're having a "talking contest", which I can only assume was a contest to see who could say the most incomprehensible thing.
I was also really inspired by Homestar Runner, so Miles has invisible arms. I'd post more than one issue, but each one has at least one thing too cringey to post.

>13/14 years old
>Drew a comic in my binder that was 5 pages long
>had probably another 30 wrote up in the back pages
>was about an orphaned 15 year old black girl that could plant thoughts into peoples heads
>Basically used this to get everything she wanted from random people that she could convince with her powers
>Doesn't work on everyone, sometimes goes bad
>Is discovered by a villain who controlled sand and bees (Don't ask why this combo) who offered her a place in his organization
>Convinces her he's a misunderstood hero and that he's ultimately doing good
>She works for him, stealing money from 'crooked' banks by convincing security guards to let her and her new friends (Other super powered people and some faceless goons with guns) in, convincing 'bad people' to harm/kill themselves, etc
>is hit hard by a group of heroes who mostly die to sandbee guy, learns she's on the wrong side
>turns on him but he's unaffected by her powers
>Spends her remaining time I was able to write the story hiding from him and trying to build alliances with the remaining heroes who don't trust her sorry ass because she convinced the heroes former leader (A guy with wings that spread a dust that made people go to sleep) to turn on his allies and that he really needed to do it with a C4 charge.

Teacher confiscated the binder because I was drawing in class after I finished all of my classwork, tried to say I was drawing racist propaganda and the school kept the binder.

I recognize your work from facebook.

the racist propaganda came from her trying to convince a burly looking white guy to buy her a burger and she notices he has a swastika tattoo on his arm and goes from "Buy me a cheeseburger" to "Oh crap this guy is really racist" so the thought planted into his head for him to act on is "Be really racist to this tiny hungry black girl".

I probably shouldn't have drawn that panel in class.
>>
>>92151062
That reminds me of when I learned what the swastika was at like age 11 or something and I thought it was a cool symbol, didn't know it was bad, and my family was on a beach tour to see turtle nests and I drew it in the sand and a weird looking man confronted me about it acting weird like he himself was a nazi, I didn't do that ever again.
>>
The only comic I remember drawing was this shitty thing I made up called Boom Boom Bob. It was about a dog that drank some radioactive lemonade or something and because of this, if anything hurts him, he explodes, but he always regenerates.

The only comic I remember drawing about him was this thing where he had a kidney stone, but had to pee really badly. He left for the bathroom, then came back, claiming he could never use his bathroom again. The final panel was a boulder crushing a toilet.

Thankfully, all the comics were thrown away.
>>
>>92152295
If he had the kidney stone, wouldn't that technically hurt him? If that as the case, he would explode but regenerate. The thing is, would he regenerate back to normal or would he continue to have the kidney stone creating an endless pain/explosion loop?

It was the early 90's so we ripped off the X-Men cartoon and every shitty 90's trope our little 8 year old brains could think of

He was a much better artist then I was so the parts he drew look much better then mine.

The one issue we finished is sitting on top of my printer but I am too lazy to scan it

fun fact: said kid is actually one of Ang Lee's sons. Haven't seen him since I was maybe 10 and I doubt he even remembers me

I made one about a ghost who was haunting a school. He would possess teachers and make life for students a living hell by being a huge asshole.

However one day he meets a kid who reminds him of himself before he died. He possesses the kid and attempts to help him get through awkward situations like asking girls out and standing up to bullies. He ends up failing a lot because he isn't very good at social situations either. Humour ensues.

It was drawn terribly and the jokes sucked from what I remember, I wish I still had the few issues I made.

First off what the fuck is this sentence? Second no it isn't anon. The worst era of your life to make comics isn't childhood. Sure the art level is shit but kids can be some of the most creative bitches on this good earth.

At one point my buddy and I came up with a comic called master nude, it was essentially our "oc" that had nude powers, he was capeable of summoning a crotch goblin, and fought by using nude slaps. He fought Rosie o Donnell and one of our middleschool science teachers. It was poorly drawn and featured misspellings.
>>
When I was a kid me and my dad used to play EverQuest together, and he and I would hang out in the basement quite a bit, he'd be working and I'd be making comics waiting for him to finish so we could play the game.

The comics were essentially just re-tellings of stuff we did in game with the main characters being our in-game characters, I remember there was this big arc where our characters joined a guild and went to the Plane of Time to kick Innoruuk's ass.

Those were some good times, man. Only slightly spoiled by the fact that two years later my dad took my character away from me and revealed he didn't actually like playing with me, he just needed someone he could consistently group with (though to be fair it wasn't intended as malicious, more as a "Now that we're in a guild I don't actually need you to play with me anymore so I'm going to use your character, I don't want you playing my character in the meantime" deal, but it still hurt)

Not really, although i always wanted to, in high school i would always talk to my friends about my OC's and comics i wanted to make, i was more of a writefag back then, cause i was shit at drawing.
but a lot of the shit i wrote back then was comparable to chris chan.
i wrote and did drawings of OC's were pretty much just inserts of the students i knew in high school except they had powers, and they backstories would just be edgier versions of the personal lives.

i knew this kid who did kendo a was a furry, so i wrote him as a samurai warewolf, who's father left him and is out to kill him.

i took a lot those stories i wrote and threw in the trash, but i still remember writing them like it was yesterday

>The adventurers almost get their asses handed to them but eventually one of the heroes, the purple stick figure with a baseball cap (Hector), sacrifices himself by giving himself a fire power-up and dragging V-Mario to the bottom of an active volcano.

When I was about 8 one time I divided up an A4 sheet into eight sections and did these stupid little sequences about a dog and a cat (who always faced the viewer) abusing each other in various ways. The dog ended up falling into a vat of the super power juice from Cpt Underpants. At this point it became 'The Adventures of Super Dog', eventually the cat also became Super Cat, and gradually the stories started getting longer and ripping off classic Spider-Man issues along with a bevy of other things. The principal antagonist was a rectangle with a screen, called 'Thingy-Blob', who also had a gang of fellow villains which were basically just anthropomorphised random items like biscuits and toffee apples with faces.

Dog and Cat became boyfriend and girlfriend started walking upright like humans (bringing it dangerously close to furry territory, though thankfully I never crossed that precipice). I had these big sketch pads which I'd treat like massive magazines, filling the pages inbetween comics with dumb little puzzles and fictitious advertisements. I went through several over the years, they're all still sitting in my room at home.
Every so often I would launch into a feature-length narrative that would basically just be ripping off something else I'd seen or read, these would have various themes like a dreamscape journey, a secret booby-trapped tomb or a murder mystery. Over time I started threading these into a larger serial storyline that I dubbed 'The Epic Saga' involving a secret society similar to VFD from A Series of Unfortunate Events, and all of this culminated in the devastating 'Part X: The BoX Of Secrets' which revolved around Dog's desperate attempt to retrieve a sealed capsule with information on his lost parents.

After that I slowly fell off doing the comics, the last few shorts were early evidence of my burgeoning homosexuality as I introduced a handsome male rival for Dog and the villains' designs got more anime. I also did a few PowerPoint games.

I had one called the Super Stylerz, which was a mix of all the girl power shows I watched as a kid (powerpuff girls, totally spies, sailor moon)
>Three 8 year old girlfriends at a sleepover
>White, black, hispanic
>Decide to go out exploring at night
>Find mysterious pink goo that transforms them
>Become magical girl team with sailor moon powers and totally spies gadgets
>First villain is the Knit Master, who is an even younger powered girl who likes knitting

I drew those comics on loose leaf, they're somewhere in storage. My other comic (that I drew like 2 pages of in Manga Studio) had no name, but was
>Average tiny teen girl (think Chiyo-esque)
>Runs into a rich orphaned older teen
>Find out about magic gem shards that grant powers, but only to descendents of the original owners
>Trying to find and destroy them in case anyone tries to use them for evil or some scientists fuck with them
>ALL the descendents are located around the world and the two must go around fighting people for them (So i guess like street fighter?)
I designed like 20 characters and gave them all info sheets but never did anything with it

Thanks if I could draw I'd make it for fun maybe this summer I could learn

Was working on this dumb thing in third grade. Who knows what happened to them now. Basically

> A robot , a ghost and a talking cat go on adventures exploring stuff in space and time for shit and giggles
> They're always visiting new planets or travelling back in time or in future and not really doing anything. They just go there , fuck shit up then go elsewhere.
> Honestly I had no back story or anything for them nor any sort of internal logic what so ever
> The cat was a witch's familiar or something so sometimes she could do magic
> Their enemies were pirates for some reason. Not space pirates , just pirates
> Batman was a homie of theirs
>>
When I was a teen, I had a notebook full of ideas for potential Manga/comics or cartoons I could pursue in the future.

I lost it after moving to another house, but I remember a story that I STILL wanna make to this day.

I remember it vividly. It's called "Good Morning, 1963"

It was the first in an series set in 2017, but in an alternate timeline where parts of the world never adapted to the changing times, thus keeping the fashion, music, and even the slang of that particular time period.

>Example: In Britain, they believe it's still 1963. The year is actually 2017, but the clocks and television all say times like 4/20/1963. And every New Years, the calendars just reset to 1/1/1963 instead of going on to 1964.

I wanted to set the first part in London, where everyone still wears British mod fashion, plays Beatles like rock n roll music, and hallucinogens like acid are at their peak in usage.

It was gonna be about a group of up and coming musicians from Liverpool going on a journey through a brightly colored world of trippy scenery in their purple Volkswagon van. (Yes this was an intentional reference.)

That's the basic gist of it. I have ideas for 2 sequels. One is called "Good Afternoon, 1984" set in New York that's stuck in the perpetual 80s, and the final one is called "Goodnight, 1995." Set in Seattle. I think you know where this is going.

And that's about it. I'd like to thank you guys for giving me the chance to post this. I've had it on my mind for a while, and I'm wondering if it's something actually WORTH pursuing.

What are your thoughts /co/?

From what I can remember, the US itself is spilt in terms of time periods as well.

New York and places like Chicago are stuck in the perpetual 1980s, while places like California and Colorado are stuck in the perpetual 90s.

I planed on doing an epilogue part where the protagonists from each part meet up, talk, play poker, and shoot the shit.

As for other countries and tourists, I guess the countries would also just live in the same perpetual time periods as the others. Like, Poland is 80s, Germany is 70s, etc. There is only 1 place that actually adapted to the times and fully acknowledges that it is in fact 2017, and they are unknown and live in isolation after gaining reputation as a volatile nation.

Basically: Only one place believes it's 2017, and nobody believes them because they're stuck in their own decade.

Ye, I've got a fair few number of designs, OCs and FCs. Most of its been lost or inconsistently spread out over tumblr, twitter and an attempt at IRL blog.

Right now I'm spending most my time sprucing up old concept art for a discontinued game project I was on to put on a professional portfolio site. Not sure I should link that here since its more /v/ than /co/

But here, have a concept dump for a mini series of fan-comics I was making. I had this fucking awful time in PSO2 where the only end-game items dropping for me were the pony eggs for summoners. So I made a comic about my main going crazy and eventually turning into an evil summoner because of it.

Generally, it's highly Ill advised to go to a country that doesn't match your decade. However there IS a holiday where travel to an unmatched country is allowed called "Synerg-Eve".

For one week in the Summer, it's deemed acceptable to visit a country that doesn't match your decade. They have celebrations, alcohol, a chance to share cultures, and just mingle with someone who's different from your usual type if people.

That's actually how the main characters would meet in the epilogue. At a bar in 70s Sweden on Synerg-Eve.

In conclusion, You CAN visit decade specific countries, but unless you know somebody there, be prepared for a lot of staring and talks behind your back.

There's a law that each decade leader established called the "Originality Order."

The law states that any usage or plagiarism of a decades tech or products from any other decade is deemed as theft, and those prosecuted can face a maximum jail sentence of 15 to 25 years.

If a decade wants to create their own tech or product, they have to make it using the resources available to them.

Also: The real reason that the 2017 country is reviled is actually due to its terrifying and destructive technology. And other decades don't wanna associate themselves with that. And no I'm not saying what the country is.

I almost forgot: Nothing super important, just thought it'd be funny. Each decade country is ruled by a famous celebrity from that time period.

>1960s Liverpool is ruled by Ringo Starr.

>1970s Paris is run by Jim Morrison.

>1980s New York is run by Bill Murray.

>1990s Seattle is run by Kurt Cobain.

Etc.

The first comic I drew was a Sonic one.

The problem was that I thought Knuckles was a girl, so it's all about Sonic getting seduced by a biker girl Knuckles all while Tails is sure something suspicious is happening. Tails reveals that Robotnik sent in Knuckles to be a distraction while he did something evil, and so he and Sonic take him down. Knuckles then chuckles, gives Sonic a kiss on the cheek, and rides off into the night. Sonic says "Maybe she's not so bad" but Tails remains unconvinced.

tl;dr My first comic was basically a "Sockles" fan fiction that became a lot funnier to me years later when Sonic Adventure came out and I realised Knuckles was actually a boy.

I took a comic book class as part of an after school program. I thought it was pretty cool because they showed you how comics would be made from story boarding all the way to inking.

I made a short """"""""funny""""""" comic bout an alien. I wasn't really creative at the time because my social anxiety was so bad that I feared what other people would think of anything creative I made. It's now one of those memories that you cringe at remembering. Steered away from making anything creative till several years later when I started reading comics and cartoons from Japan. Since then, the want to make something similar outweighed the fear of criticism (but it's still there, I just do shit in private and never show anyone anything until I think it's good enough). Been trying to get gud at drawing since but between college, other work and procrastination, haven't gotten far, at all.

I made a short story with illustration about a lion called Leo. I think I was in second or third grade. It was heavily influenced by World Masterpiece Theater series, in particular Remi Nobody's Girl. I still really feel proud of myself for that.

When I was 12 or 13, I made a comic book for a friend. I drew myself and our closest friends in it. I think it was a birthday gift, saying thanks for said friend's friendship or something. That whole thing was heavily inspired by the WITCH comic books and a bit from Card Captor Sakura, iirc.

When I was 11-12 a friend and I started a comic about his character who looked like Cloud and my catgirl knight. We took turns with the panels. From what I remember not-Cloud was a dude from our world who fell through a portal, with a little ghost thing telling him he needed to do something important as he fell through the vortex. He landed in some magic woods and my catgirl was just about to run in and save him from a bear.
Then the teacher took it away and we never redid it.

Good read boi. It could make a good kids series.

Meanwhile I managed to find small remnants of one of my early teen comics, which I cut up and pasted into my school artbook for an easy A.

Drill haired lady here created her own tiny clone out of magic wool which became human somehow. They went on cute adventures and so on
>>
>>92139090
I made a comic book about my teddy bear becoming a superhero.

I also made a comic about a surfing Pikachu, while my sister made a similar comic about a female Pikachu that also surfed.

We were cute kids.

Man, true. My young self wanted to be edgy as hell and there is a ton of swearing, drug references to the point a drug dealer is a main character, and violence not limited to badly drawn blood and murder.

My sister and I made a few comics and stories based off our characters who were a big-titted, teenage space-pirate and a tiny space-cop girl who team up.

The space-cop was also a princess who was kidnapped as a baby, but was saved by a cat and a wolf who both raised her (they both have human forms, too, and the wolf became her bf). The space pirate had a tiny, fuzzy alien mechanic boyfriend whose assistant was a young vampire cat-girl.

We were pretty much inspired by all the anime we were watching at the time (Sailor Moon, DBZ, Tenchi Muyo, etc.).
>>
Ahahahahah you made me remember

Back in my boarding school, me and my friend made a comic about what happens inside the anus, it had a blockup and they called for mr enema. We laughdd our asses off and ended it there. I also drew an ss13 comic, might post it sometime

>>
>>92178396
Yes, I know, super weird relationship. We were like between 8-12 coming up with this shit, so we didn't really think about those implications.

I'd put her tiddies at a D cup. Nothing super outlandish, but pretty big. My sister and I thought it humorous that she was a teenager, but pretty tall and well-built while the space cop was an adult, but tiny and not very well-endowed.
>>
>>92139090
I did a comic that was a ripoff of The X-Files with some Spawn stuff thrown in. I made about 15 "issues" of it, and re-reading it is a lot of fun.
I couldn't draw for shit though, it was mostly about writing for me.

I think I lost my childhood comic years ago, but here's the main character as well as I can remember. He was a robot superhero-style guy, but his only power was shooting hot or cold water out of his gun-arm. I only ever made one comic with this guy where he fought a dinosaur made from ice and his snowball minions. I don't think he even killed him either, just melted him and made him run down a drain. What a shitty hero I invented back then, no wonder he was pissed off all the time.
>>
>>92178110
Oh yeah, I also remember a Weekend at Bernie's ripoff Sonic fan comic my sister and I did.

Our characters accidentally poisoned Princess Sally and had to keep the rest of the characters from knowing, so they'd prop her up like she was alive and they'd walk around with her body disguised and stuff.

We were really weird 8 year olds.
>>
>>92178712
But how does an ice Dino function without melting? Where was it, like, Antarctica? Either way, surprised he found a big enough drain for all that.
>>

This is an excerpt from my 7th grade comic "Ed or Alive".
It's an Ed, Edd, n Eddy episode where Ed gets run over by a car, turned into a cyborg by Double D, and proceeds to turn all of the other kids into cyborgs as well. For example, after this, Ed fused Kevin with his bike, and would have fused Rolf with his tractor. I've kept this one page around just to remind me I did it.

I wrote a few but only one sticks out to me. When I was like 8 or 9 I did a one page comic about a noir detective on a case looking into reports of a shadowy blob figure. I think I named it "The Blob" or "The Shadow". Later in middle school I found it again and wrote a backstory about it. The guy was a WWI and/or II vet who became a PI when he got back home. The Blob/Shadow was killing other vets and would end up being a manifestation of their trama or grief. Don't know why I thought of this, I think it was seeing the Shadow trailers as a kid or the Question from JLU.

I did South Park senpai comics in 5th grade filled with cursing and all. Got caught with it in class and had to destroy them. I should look for my shitty drawing folder I kept as a kid

>Skin melted away and wood formed his new skin
>Due to the chemicals the wood became super strong, resistant to fire
>Gave him strength but not insane super strength
>Made 3 comics, first one was the story of how he became Lumberman, second was introducing a villain and jailing him, third was Lumberman chasing him after said villain escaped jail

Me and a friend would write these comics together. There were a couple of them, but the one I remember the most was one I called "Electric Idiots," and it was about living kitchen appliances that argued and fought a lot. Both of us got two other friends and we tried to start a "comic company," with someone as president, someone as VP, etc, but nothing really came out of it. At the end of the year we gave our comics to our principal as a gift. Good times. I do wish I kept drawing consistently since then, I can't draw for shit now

Basically made fanfiction for the first time in 3rd grade. I made a Captain Underpants comic that was about CU and George fighting against a monster to save Harold. Never finished both of them and my mom accidentally put them in the recycle bin.

I had a few which i can't post cause i don't have them and am at work.

first one was called "I Love You!" I was in like, second grade and I stil couldn't spell for shit so I would make plots, names, what eger based on the few words I knew.

Second was in middle school. Me and my friends tried to start a web comic called Spike the dancing cactus. it was a gag a week comic about spike the break dancing cactus and his friends Betty Burrito the talking Burrito and Mic who was a talking stero. Clearly it never took off cause we knew nothing about anything.

Third comic was horrible Batman comics since Batman was the rage on 2009, in which though Batman was a selfish sleeseball and lots of high school 2 edge 4 u humor.

I never took up drawing cause my parents (though ironically I'm an actor now) I now make ironically shitty comics for my friends birthdays since they are all artists.
>>
>>92189202
I'm also working on becoming an actor AND i'm good at art, don't let your dreams be dreams, my friend. You can multitask, I believe in you.

My sister submitted a bad girl comic to both Image and Maximum when she was a teenager, she never heard back from either of them though. She continued working on it and refining it after that but nothing came of it. It was about this black biker chick who had radiation powers and fought people who were possessed by demons. Her main villain that I can remember was this fucked up redneck with a mutilated face who always wore this AC/DC hat. It was kind of like Preacher but with a chick: traveling America and tangling with these weirdos and degenerates.

Me and my friends started a comic book company in grade 4 where we'd write comics on loose leaf and rent them to classmates for a nickel, or if you gave us a dollar you got a life time free pass. It was surprisingly successful, it went on until the school year ended (about 3 months). We even started to recruit writers in other classes. At the end we took all the money and bought a fuckton of cookies and divided them among the "staff".

I think I still have the ones I wrote somewhere. I can't remember them very well anymore but I think the most popular series I did involved some kind of pair of ducks or like a duck and a goose maybe. And they were either superpowered or monsters kinda like Frankenstein. Maybe both. They went on adventures. I definitely remember them going into space at least once. Now I really want to find them again.

Surprised to still see this thread up

Found another one with just 1 injoke

So at the school I went to, we were stupid high school boys, and people used to do this thing called 'scrambling' where people would drop money on the ground and fight each other to get the money.

pretty much anything went, kicking, stepping on people's feet, etc. Really stupid practice that would piss the teachers off

but it was fun as fuck

I think this was also around the time where Meet the Spy had just come out, explaining the reference

I have an archive of hundreds of a comic called "the stupid monkeys" in a folder at my moms house...but i cant get to it right now.

they are pure ADD lol so random humor but me and my friend loved drawing them and most kids we knew got a kick out of them too since we were constantly drawing it.

started in 3rd grade though many of those got lost to time but we drew them into middle school and at some point in like 8th grade when it was losing its appeal to us we archived and tried to date as many as we could.

Drew another one when we went up a grade and we got another weird Christian Living teacher.

Now when I think of it, he was "that 2deep4u guy" who would try to find meaning in every film that he showed us.

I mean it wasn't that bad cause we got to watch films like In Bruges and The Truman Show (which do have some religious symbolism) but he'd try so hard that we were like "Nigga it ain't that deep"

God that's a terrifying face for a Christian school student comic.

One I remember actually finishing as a kid is called tech squad.
Kids essentially go into the computer and fight viruses. They would transform to fight the monsters. Their mentor was a guy called Mike Quickshot he lives in one of the main character's cellphone.
>>
>>92193276
>lived inside an adolescent's phone

That sounds messed up, I bet he let out more than a few quickshots while watching them undres and sleep.
>>

do kids sleep with cellphones on their bits????????

Me and my sister used to make stories about two guys called Whatman and Stangenzirkel.
They were initially sort of silver-agy superheroes but we turned Stangenzirkel into a villain because our dad said that it would make more sense for him to be a bad guy.
And later they both became paranormal invrstigators (Whatman stayed a good guy and Stangenzirkel was kinda evil) and our stories went full-on weird fantasy.
I love how quickly we gave up on writing superhero stories and embraced the spooky weirdness.
Middle-schoolers trying to come up with deepest lore ever is hilarious.
>>
getting close to that limit boys, new thread??
>>

Considering how long it took to make a complete comic renting made more sense so supply wouldn't shrink as demand increased.

>mfw mom destroyed my only copies of Drug Baby and The Gay Fish I wrote when I was 11

I knew nothing about drugs at the time. Drug Baby was a superhero born from a junkie mother that gained strength from injecting himself with marijuana. The Gay Fish was a villainous goldfish with an afro that attacked him by sucking his dick. At least one character got pregnant through the anus and gave birth to a giant ass, and Terrance and Phillip made a cameo where one of them turned into a tranny and got killed by a serial killer.

Also, this was before the Kanye West southpark episode, but I'd recently watched the South Park movie at a friend's place and undergone a personal artistic renaissance because my family was ultra conservative.

I made a comic called Ninja Stickman, and he got trapped in a time portal and brought to World War 2. I was very original.

I drew a bunch of porn and shoved it inside of an old board game we had that nobody played called "The Worst Case Scenario"

Damn, you guys are really giving me a nostalgia trip here.
When I was like 6-7 years old, I made a comic centering around my characters who were Tamagotchis , and it was basically some kind of pirate adventure.
Here's the final page of it.

one of my friends made a comic about an evil teddy bear on a quest to find out how they put the fucking figs in the fucking fig-rolls.

he terroizes new york trying to find out but then at the end realises that the journey itself was good enough and the magic of fig-rolls was best left unanswered.

pretty good stuff.
>>
>>92202088
That sound so surprisingly good? I'd read. I also had a story about an evil teddy bear

Two shitty half-finished comics from when I was like 8, one of them a dumb Earth and Beyond fanfic because my older brother played it, another about a superhero Labrador and Shetland Sheepdog based on my dogs that was trying to be those Slugman strips from Foxtrot.

The scans were on my dad's old computer from over a decade ago, they're probably irrecoverable now.
