Remember that his first appearance was Marvel Team-Up #66 which had Spider-Man and Captain Britain. Sony doesn't seem to interested in using Arcade and no one knows for sure if Captain Britain's a shared character or not (X-Men films can use Psylocke, but no one knows if they can use or even care about using Captain Britain)
