Cyborg really suffers the most in this series with a serious lack of motivation and characterization. He just sort of goes along with everything for no real reason. All the others have decent reasons for staying due to story events, being fairly different from their normal counterparts or having a problem with it until eventually deciding to leave. But Cyborg seems to just be going with the flow and by the time the game happens he's just full on bad guy willing to torture Slade for info. And you know he'll have to back in the sequel so what is he gonna do there? Just go back to Supes again or what?

They CERTAINLY don't give her the right to lecture people, especially since she doesn't feel any remorse until 2/3rds of the way through Injustice (if she even does then, she leaves the joker but doesn't really reflect).

Ending international conflict means they stopped shit like the crap in Syria right now, or for that matter anything Israel related in the region. That's pretty fucking significant, considering the area has been a war zone for a couple thousand years.

Decreasing meta related crime means that shitholes like Gotham are now possible to live in, without being afraid that a random mugger will kill you and your wife as you walk out of a movie theatre, leaving your kid an orphan for life. Even with the curfew, that's a stop forward.

They also removed all nukes, which is a huge step towards world peace.

Oh, and stopped a full blown invasion from Apokolips by lasering every demon down in a minute, instead of duking it out and putting them into custody.

Well that's why back when this started a lot of people in the /co/ Injustice threads agreed with Supes and his regime. At first it all seemed great. Supes wasn't elected and came to power by force while being a bit off obviously but he seemed to be actually making things better. Then he killed Ollie and things went south real fast after that. The whole problem is that Superman just went crazy as soon as the baby/Lois/Metropolis died and nobody noticed until it was far too late.
