>>88941864

Not sure, but didn't they reference it in Avengers Age of Ultron as quip fuel?

>Reed Richards and Tony Stark, the greatest engineers in the world, couldn't make a big box for their dead friend and colleague.
Man fuck this event
>>88947128
2017 and bill still dead.
>>88945864
I'll never understand the hate for this

>>88947753
That's not sarcastic btw, legit thanks for sharing this comic
The end
God damn. This comic is a butt cheek on a stick
>>88948029
This
>>88947969
worst forgotten plot ever. could've been amazing.
>>88947642
Cap seems to lose like 60 IQ every time an event rolls around. Oh, the xmen are trying to harness an unstable super power? Better organize a full frontal attack on them
>>88947951
>middle panel
>that thousand yard stare
Cap has witnessed people die, fought in wars, witnessed mad men rise to power, and THIS is the most fucked up thing he's ever seen.
>>88948485
I thought there was a storyline about it. I distinctly remember flipping through a comic about it and thinking it looked silly.
>>88948485
>could've been amazing.
Agreed
>>88945864
Are you talking about IvX or another one?

>>88948485
The madman did it on the Ultimate universe. Go check the wild ride of Ultimate Avengers, it's worth it.
>>88948022
Thanks anon. I still like this event; it made interesting changes and its full of good ideas.
Make Millar Marvel again.
>>88948022
>>88948013
So Tony did it ALL FOR THE SAKE OF GETTING PUSSY ???
>>88952140
>So Tony did it ALL FOR THE SAKE OF GETTING PUSSY ???
Kind of.
So, does this count as Storytelling of Pain?
>>88947170
keep reading
>>88946443
"Well it was gonna be 'plan 52' but APPARENTLY I CAN'T USE THAT NUMBER FOR REASONS."
>>88947193
Tony is completely right here, and that's the problem with the Registration as a plot line in general. Resisting it will get you no where, as the governments will implement it regardless of what you want. Then come the hero kill squads and sentinels.
>>88947409
Iron Fist pretending to be Daredevil is the weirdest part of the event.
Please don't make me read it again OP, like a beaten spouse I always come back for the pain.
>>88947666
I love how Prodigy managed to at least show up a few times in this event.
>>88948649
He just had a moment of clarity where he realized he was in the wrong the whole time.
>>88946030
why even have the giant robots when there are so many stronger heroes at the scene and it doesn't look like the sentinels are helping picking up debris
>>88948022
What really gets me is that these panels give you the impression everything happened because Tony wanted to get laid.
Did this cunt of a woman every turn out to be Hydra or something? Would have made sense.
>>88947951
>Civil War
>Cap winning the fight
>realises that it's pointless because he's wrong, gives himself up before he kills Tony
>Civil War II
>Carol winning the fight
>she's absolutely wrong, but murders Tony (she didn't fucking know he'd save himself with a super-coma) and suffers no consequences for her actions
You know you fucked up when your event has worse writing than Civil War.
>>88947933
>>88947938
Cap is such a fucking baby in this. He's ready to kill Tony in one panel, then some random civilians go 'No! we love Iron Man!' and suddenly he turns on a plate and goes 'What have we become?? Fighting is wrong!!'
>>88947666
oh look, Sentry, who could literally destroy every single hero here into a red mist. Time for jobbing I guess.
>>88947830
it's pretty weird seeing a colbert ad like that
>>88955246
last time this twat appeared was in "Fear Itself"
>>88948022
is she the real villain of this event
Man, I'd read the plot behind it and was always interested in how bad they fucked it up. Now that I've read it, I can see the train wreck unfold all at once, versus the monthly crawl you had to suffer through the first time around.
It's a good idea/plot thread, but the execution is about as bad as it could have been.
And yet, for how bad it is, I feel like it's better than Civil War 2. Guess that shows how bad that event was.
>>88946754
I'd be more worried about Aunt May here, Cap.
>>88951184
Yup
>>88946586
Is this the biggest comic fuckup in all of Marvel?
>>88958355
Sadly
>>88957542
>I'd be more worried about Aunt May here, Cap.
Agreed
>>88955846
This
>>88956047
>And yet, for how bad it is, I feel like it's better than Civil War 2. Guess that shows how bad that event was.
I was surprised at how Civil War 2 ended up making me look more fondly at Civil War. And I hated this by the time it ended.
>>88960911 ..
>>88947666
Civil war 1
Almost a 100 heroes

>>88963795
Fuck Bendis?
>>88947089
>Reed sleeps all flopped out over the bed
ewwww
Although, honestly, I am refreshed by the brisk pacing compared to the wheel-spinning shenanigans of CWII
>>88948485
>>88945864
The only Civil War that's acceptable to storytime, is MightyGodKing's rewrite.
>>88967258
Fuck. Bendis.
I'm confused... I heard from both Reddit and /co/ that this Civil War event was some of the worst writing and character assassination in the history of comic books, but this was okay. Not great, but also not terrible.
Didn't Ms. Marvel beat up Spiderwoman in front of her daughter? Where's the talk between Steve and Peter about telling the world "you move"? I thought Stevegot sniped and killed by Sharon Carter?
>>88947226
i fucking hate hill so much
>>88973427
>Didn't Ms. Marvel beat up Spiderwoman in front of her daughter
Yes she did.
