Speculation time

Schnee semblance seems to be unique in more ways than being hereditary. It isn’t one specific skill used in creative ways or upgraded with dust for different results like Blake’s case. While glyphs could be argued to be usable in same way similar to Blake’s shadows, summoning and time alteration seem to be 2 completely different power sets.
No what do we now:
>Summoning was a Schnee thing for several generation, probably even before their dust company
>In the latest generation, the whole power set is if not identical, at least extremely similar for at least 2 out of 3 of children (despite not displaying the whole variety herself when she and Qrow fought, Winter clearly knew what Weiss was talking about regarding her abilities, in a way which implies them both having similar abilities)
>They can summon only the things they have previously killed (not really confirmed, but implied by how Winter explained summoning)

So where can we go with this.

Theory one:

The real Schnee power is semblance accumulation.
>Basically OneForAll from BNH
>Original 2 ancestors only had ability of hereditary transferring and accumulation.
>Down the line descendants get more and more semblances with summoning and glyphs being 2 most prominent and used
>As the result all 3 kids could potentially have 10+ different semblances and don’t even know about their existence
>This would also imply (IF he did marry into the family) that Jaquees has a rather impressive semblance.

Schnee are effectively power vampires.
>It is rather safe to assume that at least Winter would have killed a person or 2, WF for example
>Schnees can summon the stuff they killed, but they only seem to summon grimm

>It doesn’t necessarily stop them from “summoning” their powers
>Aura transfer is a thing, at least in theory, so semblance stealing isn’t that far of a fetch
>Again, all 3 kids could potentially have 10+ different semblances and don’t even know about their existence
>This could also imply (again, IF he did marry into the family) Jaq is relatively powerless by hunter standards, so he wouldn’t fuck up the bloodline

Theory three:

Schnee are descendants of one of the winter maidens, and somehow still have a part of her powers.
>Snowflakes, white\blue colors, ice\winter themed names
>Semblance being unique compared to everything else in whole remnant
>Semblance possessing at least 3 barely related properties
This could also imply that Salem is related to the family somehow:
>Her most prominent thing is grimm control, similar to how Schnees control their summons
>Her second most prominent thing is her symbol which is used at least twice for summoning (grimm bug glove, and geist making an arm)
>In v3 commentary it was mentioned that grimm which came out of the dragon goop were no “born” right there but were summoned into the place through the goop (same thing seems to apply during opening scene in v4 e1)

She is charismatic, that's for sure. CMEN used her as their frontman, and she was able to get onto friendly terms with Team RWBY despite not liking them. But then, that was just an act. The real Emmy is often quite crabby and has little patience with her colleagues. So maybe she could keep up an act to lead, but I'm unsure it'd last.

There's also her whole hero worship thing with Cinder, which seems like more of a follower thing. Though that could be obscuring her leadership potential.

Jaune finally tells Ruby everything; from how he faked his way into Beacon, to why he'd been pushing her away, and despite it all, he loves her too much to lose her too.

Then it all clicks. Ruby tearfully calls him an idiot, smiles, and wraps Jaune in a hug so tight it threatens to crack his ribs, Jaune returns the hug, a beat or two of the both of them looking into each others' eyes, and then the awkward first kiss. Fade to black and cue credits.
