It took awhile but I finally got around to drawing the Star/jenna pic I said would. I was planing on using the TRIPLE 6 hand sign for Star's right hand and the HIDDEN EYE sign for Jenna's left hand but I in the end I chose not to cover up previous work and I kinda winged/rushed it on everything not the heads.

I think that perspective is one of hindsight, where something happens and it's easy to say it was meant to happen because, well, it happened and it's impossible to disprove it wasn't meant to ahead of time. Yeah, Nefcy even said she did it that way because when you establish in a cartoon that magic is unusual and secret, the entire show then becomes about keeping it a secret.

Early on I can see how that could look lazy, people underreacting to the magic and all, but they've been consistent about it and even when characters are skeptical about extradimensional stuff, the show doesn't waste time with them going "What?! But that's IM POSSI BLE!" when it's shown to be real.

It's just refreshing.
