They've made it clear that there is some manner of physics in place in the universe, he just doesn't magically strong hit things, he has to exert the power required with all the unfortunate consequences. I mean we're seeing the opposite right now. If she can't and/or Mark isn't willing to fly fast right now then flying to another planet isn't at all realistic. You also keep saying how Terra is a normal person in which case she can't hold her breath in space at all and attempting to would kill her.

1. Mark explicitly says he will fight them and tells Eve to run, clearly he wasn't pulling punches for the reason you give at the start.

The other girl Viltrumite is having second thoughts, we know this because we've read the other issues and have perspective, they don't.

They're scared out of their wits because they see Oliver tier Bugtrumites coming for them and they don't know if those are the only ones. ( remember Oliver went through one of the mauler twins like it was a piece of meat and he was younger than these two.

They could still leave an opening to get to them again you're ignoring the fact the female Bugtrumite exploded Eve's shield like it was paper. (a couple of times)

You're also forgetting they're not in the confrontation stance, they're in the let's get our daughter out of danger because there might be UNSEEN threats here. You're thinking as if they have the same information we do.

Go look at the fight of Mark and Conquest on Earth and see what happens to the surrounding area when he fights full Viltrumite hardon.

He didn't want to risk his daughter if he was alone with Eve I bet you those two would be bug juice.

Did you read it? There's exactly one time they make a shockwave and that's their initial collision. The rest of the destruction is from physically flying through things, and their punches are just punches. Even when Mark punches and destroys his robo hand Eve is unconscious a feet away but she isn't hurt from a shockwave.
The idea that if Mark punched any harder than the love taps he gave them he would explode his family is ridiculous. It's almost never happens in the comic and the few times it has were way harder impacts.

If his daughter's safety is his main concern he should've punched them harder when he had the chance. This is like not shooting an attacker because you don't want the gun shot to hurt your daughter's ears.
Have punch shockwaves even been a concern for Mark ever? I can't even remember another time a punch made a significant shock wave except first impact with Conquest.
There's loads of super hard punches that don't cause shockwaves.

She had a hole torn in her chest and she was dying, whatever extra damage she got from the shockwaves of the fight would be inconsequential.

And then she resurrected and healed all damage to her body.

Even then, she was a full adult, not a 6 year old kid.

There's no indication in the comic that basic punches and brawling from viltrumites causes shockwaves that can hurt and kill people.
The one time we saw it was fairly unique event of Conquest and Mark charging into each other.

There's numerous examples of hard punches not making shockwaves and not hurting people nearby. Here's one where Mark clearly isn't concerned about 'punch shockwaves' hurting his pregnant wife.
But now he suddenly is super concerned about these punch shockwaves and can barely punch two viltrumites trying to murder his family?

I'm going with the idea that these two are the best of Thragg's children somehow and they're on another tier compared to the others. So those punches WERE hard, they just tanked them.

Which doesn't make much sense either, since Freddy is using the same baby batter for each kid so they should all theoretically be equal. Unless one of the bug moms had super good genes?
