I don't remember the conclusion of this episode, Timmy never being born makes everyone's lives' better, so he decides not to wish himself back to life. But in the end he does, I can't remember what made him change his mind.

Something about how wishing he wasn't born was actually really selfish of him, but how not wishing himself back to life was really a selfless good action (since it would ruin everyone else's) Jorgen gives him a second chance to have a better influence on everyone else's lives
