Also, you could imply that Caliborn blamed the trolls for making him kill his sister since the war fucked him over in the head and try to him rationalize it in a journal. You could also make it that the cherubs were aligned with the trolls and then betrayed them to make his anger even more unjust and fit into the whole maturity thing more.

You could also even make it partially fit into the backstory of Alternia by making the conquered cherub planet their main planet after the conquered it. Say, they were a relatively small and more diplomatic empire, joined up with the cherubs, the cherubs betray them, their planet gets destroyed by meteors in the session, and since the game takes so long, they eventually take the planet because it's filled with resources and has a ton of plants and shit. Then, when Lord English arrives, he fucks up this utopia and forces them to flee in terror to Alternia. Because of their defeat and the shithole Alternia is, they adopt eventually begin to adopt an even more vicious culture to gain new resources and protect themselves. Perhaps this could tie into Doc Scratch's manipulation of the trolls too? He wants them to win so they can defeat Lord English and protect the cycle of Sburb?

Yes, they are. Dirk was nominally higher, but was entirely let down by the conclusion to his story. Roxy was fairly average, with some moments of positive story moments, hence a middling score. Her biggest moments of failing as a character was interaction with Calliope, but that was more a problem with Callie's aura of making everyone around her an idiot.

Apart from Mituna and Damara, they didn't really do anything to have an impact on the plot. The only reason they get a single point is because their actions had potentially greater impact. Damara helped us to establish Meenah's character, and the fact she helped to orchestrate their session failing. Mituna gets a point for his presence allowing for others to have greater moments of character. Honestly, Mituna's probably a 0, too, but I'm still hoping whatever he did to burn out becomes relevant later.
