The babies were babies when Penny was in Middle school. They are about 5-7 in this current photo.

One could make the joke that this is a picture of Penny's High School Graduation, something that took so long that Granny died, and her father lost hair.

The theme song is still amazing but the show itself is average, watchable but not amazing. It's certainly a period piece though. It's unabashedly turn of the millennium.
