I kinda feel the opposite.
It's narratively boring if Pink Diamond was an unwavering bitch like her sisters at this point, considering how we already have two diamonds that are strict no-nonsense assholes.

Pink and/or White should be more kind and open to balance things out. At least Pink. White could be more of a neutral party.
The story is a lot better if they're a spectrum, rather than all being alike.
Every Ruby is different. And the Pearls have been different too. No reason to assume the Diamonds would all be the same then.

Also, and this is more of a stretch, Yellow and Blue have downturned eyes in their murals, while White and Pink have upturned eyes.
Probably means nothing, but it makes White and Pink look happier.

Well she's not as bad as Blue "Shatter everyone who makes even a slight mistake" Diamond.

Blue makes me think of a medieval dictator (especially with her mentioning her 'court'), cruel, uncompromising and completely lacking in sympathy.

Yellow reminds me more of a CEO or a company. Interested in efficiency and results over all else, if you fuck up there will be consequences but at least you'll get a chance to produce some results and make up for it a bit.

From what I've seen so far, I actually think that White Diamond will be the "Warrior" of the group, if you notice in the various murals we've seen, the diamond we see directly confronting Rose is always White Diamond. Which makes me think that she will be the front-line type, like a general or commander.

We don't know enough about Pink to say anything about her really, not even the slightest indication. Hopefully we'll get some flashbacks though.
