guys i'm really confused. I was on a plane going from germany to the u.s. and i was watching zootopia. the first thing that was weird was that the film was called "zoomania". i didn't think much of it, it was probably a title europeans understood better for whatever reason. but then the film started to fuck my balls.

the characters' voice actors started calling the city "zootropolis", even though the character models were clearly saying "zootopia". and then there were fully 3D rendered signs within the movie that had "zootropolis" on them. i had no idea what the fuck was going on

Real late on the boat; just watched Zootopia. Probably the best animated Disney flick in the last few years. Better than the forgettable mediocrity that was Frozen and Big Hero 6 at least. I liked how they handled the social commentary in this too - pretty ballsy to do in this day and age, especially in a kids flick nonetheless.
