Argus was... not a bad character concept.
Donnie Brasco with multispectrum vision and meld into shadows is a pretty neat hook, but it doesn't fit the name Argus at all. And his look is pretty generically 90s.

Still, he seems like he could have pulled off at least a miniseries or something.

If you ask me this is one of great runs in comics not just the Waid run but it goes from Waid to Johns. And that is why it is near impossible to accept Barry as the now Flash when Wally and earned the mantle over and over again

Ive forgotten how good the Waid run is. Oh sure we always get the Return of Barry Allen arc here but the whole thing just about is great comic crack. Esp when Weiringo gets going. Although the Waid run gets a bit goofy at the end but then Johns gets into the act
