The storytime continues!
>What's being storytimed?
Incorruptible and Irredeemable, two comics written by Mark Waid that focus around the idea of a Superman-type going crazy, and a supervillain trying to replace him.
>Why are you doing this?
Because I always wanted to do more storytimes. Plus, I broke down and bought that stupid 4chan pass after two issues worth of multi-image captchas, so I might as well make sure you all get my money's worth.
>Why this order?
Because the two titles cross over at a certain point before wrapping up, and I hate reading a story when I only know half the characters.
>Where can I catch up?

Ugh.

Phft-hahaha.
I read these series recently. Loved it. You can tell Waid is working out a lot of his Superman ideas. Especially the genius enemy who turns out to begay for the protagoniststuff.

Everybody's known for years that Lex Luthor's lusted after Superman'shair.

All joking aside, alt-Lexpossessing the Plutonian's former lover and trying to fug himis probably one of the most disconcerting things I've seen in an alt-Supes comic.
And this is the point at which we catch up with Irredeemable, so now it's time for the 4-issue crossover, after which we'll finish Irredeemable, followed by Incorruptible.
Gah, sorry, got distracted by bad news. Starting up the new thread momentarily.

Bump for already fallen storytime #7.
Final save from death bump.

I thought his name was Tiger Beetle?

You're right, it was.

Oh, God, seeing Lucy there with his head in his hands brings a smile to my face.
