Hmm. A cursory search makes me think that that feature isn't available in Gimp. Which sucks, cause it's super useful.

I have to think it's gotta be tricky to program, somehow, because while Artrage(paid program I pirated and used til recently) has it, Krita's version is really bad and awkward, and it's apparently missing from Gimp entirely.


Have I shilled for Krita in /sveg/ before, actually? It's fantastic, the first thing both simple enough and useful enough to get me to switch from Artrage in like six years. It's free also.

I found myself using gimp more by necessity than anything: I have a super-old PC, working on Win XP 32b, and a wacom tablet that could stop working any moment now: because I'm an unemployed loser, none of these will ever get a replacement.
