It is. The "movies" are just listed as 2 episodes in the Blu Ray releases, so that's how I list them.

IE, "Spark of Rebellion Part One", "Spark of Rebellion Part Two" with "Droids in Distress" being listed as Episode 3.

Some countries also list the episodes that way on TV. It can be confusing for viewers, especially back in Season 1. I remember a lot of confusion.

But yeah, I list them how they're presented in the Official Blu Ray release. 40 minutes (2 episodes) isn't really enough to be considered a movie anyway.

Just pick a setting/plot that you think would work and start out with it. I can guarantee that your plot won't be the same at the end as you envisioned it, it never was for me when I wrote. And don't discount greentext second person POV. It's actually pretty easy and fun to write in, although it may not be everyone's cup of tea. If you get yourself too hung up on the minutia, you end up working on the same four sentences for five hours and getting nowhere. Just put something down, and you can always go back and polish it up before you post it if you are not happy with it. Just relax and let it flow through you.

Hold on a minute, I think I understand why Kylo Ren is flipping his shit over Anakin's lightsaber now (other than the fact that he's a Darth Vader fanboy since that alone wouldn't be reason to lose his shit as much as he does in TFA). Remember how in the KOTOR comics a character (not going to spoil who) becomes evil for a while because they unknowingly use the lightsaber of Exar Kun? Then how in KOTOR 1 they explain that Revan and Malak became evil because they dicked around with the Star Forge? (Also forgive me if I got that KOTOR 1 thing wrong, I haven't finished KOTOR 1 yet, but so far in the game I can only assume that's what happened to Revan and Malak). Then remember that arc of the KOTOR comic where they explain that the Sith had tons of artifacts that nobody should own because it will lead them to the dark side?

I think the reason Kylo want's Anakin's lightsaber is because it's 'posessed' by the dark side and probably amplifies his powers. It actually makes a lot of sense when you think about it (WARNING: SPOILERS FROM THE SCRIPT OF EPISODE 7, THEY AREN'T REQUIRED HOWEVER TO UNDERSTAND THE POINT I'M MAKING SO IGNORE THEM IF YOU WISH AND READ THE REST OF THE POST).

It always amazes me that despite being an iconic weapon throughout the Star Wars series, in reality it was originally cobbled together using old camera parts.

So in the last episode why did they run straight at the imperial blockade instead of executing a micro jump to behind the planet so they could come in from an undefended side? Call me silly but it seems stupid to run straight at your enemy when you can just go around him.

Also, the rebels need to stop killing themselves helping others and focus on their own needs for a bit: supplies, recruits, ships, munitions. Really? The romance in TESB was very entertaining for me. It shouldn't take away too much screen time and has to feel natural in order to work, but if well written and acted, a romance subplot can be pretty good in Star Wars.
It wouldn't work in Rebels though since sexual innuendos are probably taboo.
