It's okay dude, they're just being cunts for the sake of being cunts. For a first attempt, this is pretty solid. You just need to work on your anatomy and shading a little more (I'd say that you should ideally try to make your art a little more stylized, but that's assuming that you've used a reference for this), and yeah, the background could do with a little work. Other than that, you've started off on the right foot!
