Huh that's a hard one OP.
I'd have to go with the Rugrats though. Reason being they inspired me to go outside and play with my imagination a lot as a kid. I always thought it was cool how they'd go on all those adventures and the animators would draw them out despite in reality they were just playing in their yard or something. It made me wanna go on all sorts of adventures too so I'd go into my backyard and pretend to do all sorts of shit. It was a ton of fun back in the day.

The joke is it's very mediocre.

Nah.

It was predictable, but charming. The kinda thing that spawns a better sequel or a tv spinoff.

And it was significantly better than the comics.

It's the most generic superhero origin movie it has its fun moments but overall it's a very predictable movie I wouldn't call it shit but I wouldn't praise it either.
