After their episode ended it was left ambigious what their exact relationship was but there is only a tiny shred of ambiguity left. After their episode they are either referenced or seen setting next to each other or holding hands. The newest episode referred to them as gay and had them whipping out their dicks next to each other.

The new video game also will feature a lot of them. The demo shows them bickering because they are on opposite sides because they planned on being a duo. The boys planned a Tweek x Craig movie. The official relationship chart says they are dating and that Craig only cares about his Guinea Pig and Tweek, and also that Tweek is paranoid except with Craig. There will be a side quest where you collect yaoi art of them for Craig's dad and they'll have a yaoi related ultimate attack.
