french bread, baguettes, bagels, and pic related.

My sister wants me to make bread and spread for 80 people for her wedding, but I've only ever made one kind of bread before. What are some other recipes you all could recommend?

Depends on what is supposed to accompany the bread.
French bread/baguette, pain de champagne, boule, brioche, challah, Rye/Marbled, melonpan, potato bread are some of my favorites.

I worked at a prestigious Italian restaurant, they've been using the same sourdough starter for decades. Best in town.
