I've noticed it depends on the type of alcohol I had the night before. If I was drinking liquor I get those awful hangovers where eating is just out of the question. I try to hold a little bit of water down just so there's something in my stomach. But if I was drinking beer all night then I wake up with a headache and nothing more. It can be a bad headache, but eating almost never makes a difference.
