i work at a pho place and i get paid 10 hourly. i dont keep the tip i make waiting tables but i do when i do deliveries. i make about $100 in tips biweekly.

there are 7 waiters that will make smoothies, banh mi subs, take out orders, and wait tables. not enough tips for everyone i guess.

my friends who work other places say they get paid hourly and tips.

i hate my job. u guys think i can make more somewhere else?

not so much as a waiter- but if you're doing what the above guy described it can get difficult as you divide your time between customers and food.
