Hello I'm a anorexic girl, too
My favorite low calorie meal is rice and egg
What you need:
>1/3 a cup of short grain calrose rice (the type of rice is fucking important) - 200 cal.
>1/2 cup of water
>1 egg, raw (if you live in shithole America then soak the uncracked egg in hot water for 1 to 2 minutes. If you're that fucking basic then poach the egg very lightly) - 70 cal
>1 to 2 tbs. Of soy sauce
>green onions to taste
>optional: nori seaweed, bonito, msg, black sesame, or furikake

1. Wash the rice in a sauce pan by filling it with some water and violently swirling your open hand around until the water's whiteish. Do this five to six times, draining the water each time.

2. When clean, drain the sauce pan of cleaning water again. Fill the sauce pan with 1/2 cup of water.

3. Heat until mild boil on medium heat.

4. Put a lid on the sauce pan, turn the heat to simmer, and wait for ten minutes.

5. Turn the heat off, open the lid, and puff the rice with a fork or chopsticks. If the rice still looks wet, that's perfect and the rice doesn't need more cooking. Let the rice rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

6. Crack egg onto rice and all of your orher ingredients.

7. Throughly mix the rice with chopsticks or fork. The egg should make the rice a bit puffy and nice.

8. Enjoy you're 300 calorie meal

Do deadlifts, squats, bench press, and overhead press and you'll strengthen your beer belly and shape up your hips. very good question. protein is the most satiating macronutrient also fiber is also important. you want to learn about all of the different beans there are. avoid oils. blackberries are the best calorie/fiber of the berries. i'd recommend getting a vitamix or any other great blender to give you more flexibility. use teas for their caffeine content, too much is in coffee. rice cakes are lower cal than bread.. can be topped with things. use maple grove farms low calorie syrup sugar free maple flavor.. eat oats + pumpkin + pumpkin spice + artificial sugar.. yellow split peas + frozen carrot, green peas mix + green beans. salsa and black beans.. tofu scramble + crumbled cauliflower.. use artificial sugar in place of regular sugar.. use mustard instead of ketchup or mayo.. consuming low oil vegan recipes is best. avoid breads, rice, potatoes. beans are your friend.

You are awesome. I've been snacking on almonds and unsalted pretzels because they are easy and I can keep them in my handbag. What alternatives do you recommend that can be stored in a plastic bag easily? The pretzels are low calorie but they are just bread, the almonds have protein and fat but eating too much results in too many calories. I portion control but always looking for ways to be more satiated. It's been a very hungry endeavor getting skinny.

avoid salt as well but its not as important. salt makes you retain water and makes you larger than you have to be so drink plenty of water. drinking water will lower your body salt level and your body doesn't hold as much water as long as it is familiar with a steady supply of it. nuts are good healthy fats that are important for proper hormone function but between you and me i avoid them anyway because they are extremely high in calories. peanut butter is the best of the nut butters / nuts, tho. i make my own from blending peanuts into a paste and eaten as is without added oils or salt but you should really avoid all nuts. i'm don't know anything that you could store and eat like that from your handbag that is low cal.. avoiding nuts.. i really don't know.

Thanks. Yeah I try to keep my sodium intake fairly low because it makes me feel bloated. I also weigh myself every morning (and take the average every Sunday to find my real weight), and seeing high numbers makes me sad. I drink 2-liter + of water per day, but I live in America and everything is loaded with sodium so any chance to avoid it I do.

Someone told me to try kale chips but they were disgusting. Maybe I just got a bad brand.

Peanut butter that way sounds great but with my on-the-go lifestyle it has to be pretty solid stuff that goes in a baggy.

Yep. And the reason why "white rice" is far more common is because brown rice goes bad quickly. The oils in the rice bran go rancid.
