>five hundred and thirty stand american bank notes for five volumes and only five recipes.
That cant be real.
Sorry but if the idea of exploring gastronomy with your own legs and figuring out shit from the book using reflection and contemplation only then you'll never be a real cook.
Dont listen to them OP. 530 for a bookend is fairly reasonable.

Fucking this

because its mostly gay, just rent it from a fucking library, some of it is useful (very little) jf you are a traditional chef, even if you want to take the time to lean this shit, its better to learn to make perfect croissants, or ramen, or something, focus on being great at one thing, not at making clear gelatin that tastes like sushi and has the consistency of dry pussy,

kek, because it's true.
I bought it and it changed my life
It's a fantastic set with an astounding amount of useful knowledge if you know how to use it. I wouldn't recommend it for home use but if you're a working cook it has a phenomenal amount of interesting information you can use in the industry. Wait for it to go on sale though. Because it happens quite often and can be as cheap as 200 Cad when it does.
The whole thing is on tpb right now. For free.

i got it for free off the internet. I've never done mroe than just flick through it though. It's one of those internet collectible things.
