Scotch eggs are one of my favorite things Got an expat where I live in Florida who makes them for all our get togethers and I sneak a few leftover ones for my midnight snack or quick breakfast. He's not even good at making them, but I don't care good or bad, I just know they're a labor of love and anything that uses mustard is fine by me. I like them cold and warmed both, but always with good mustard.
