Please take potassium. I don't want you to turn into a vegetable. Try coconut water to rehydrate after a binge and purge session. If you don't want to end up like Terry schivo... follow my instructions.

Sometimes when I'm depressed and there's a ton of indulgent shit around for whatever reason I will just completely go off and eat endlessly. Usually afterwards I feel guilty as fuck and try to throw up but I can never make myself :/
