Practice with a camera. Just talk about random shit while recording yourself, and look at it. This is how some speakers practice. Speaking is just a skill, you can become very good at it if you practice.

Practice. Throw yourself into fire.

That's the only way to learn to speak. Also envision yourself as some charasmatic person. Keep imagining yourself as that pwrson, and you will slowly become them.

Also, fix tour voice if you have a problem with that. The art of manliness has a good video about that, check it out.
Fix your posture / get >>>/fit/ too if that's a problem. It matters a lot, it can give you the confidence you need.
