I tried to think of as many factors as I could that would go into determining the future price of NAK. Here were the factors I came up with:

Choose this and input it

I used the current price and historical volatility of returns to run a Monte-Carlo simulation giving an estimate of what the price of each of these would be in a given number of year (when they start mining)

What percentage of minerals they can successfuly mine and sell
>interest rate
I use this to discount the future value of the company to present value. I used 3% annual
>dilution factor
How badly they will dilute shares
>Probability of success/failure
The probability this company runs into problems and goes bankrupt or some shit and the price goes to 0
>drilling expenses
The cost to get this shit out of the ground. I also put yearly expenses until drilling starts at 30 million because that is what it has been the past few years

I used all of these inputs to run 1000 simulations about what the price of NAK will be in the future and:

>recorded standard deviation of price target
>graphed the probability distribution of my simulation

No it's actually super easy to start. I downloaded a bunch of old sales calls and sales transcripts and wrote out literally hundreds in pen by hand as both practice and to demonstrate I had a very good working knowledge of sales. Then I found a blogger type guy who I enjoyed (won't say who) and sent him an email basically saying that I love his work but if he wanted to make some wording on his website a little more appealing he should do x and y to it and then it would be more likely to increase clicks. He responded thanks and made the changes I suggested and I asked if he knew of any other work I could do For him in exchange for a shoutout/reference and he gave me his friend's startups phone number and I cold called them, gave them a copy of my portfolio and said I knew the guy, and they gave me a foot in the door. I don't make much but it pays the rent and I have a full scholarship anyway. I'm trying to open a copywriting business but none of my friends are interested in joining, as we are only 20 lmao
