I'd like to see more talk about REITs and baby REIT derivatives like those 'My Rich Uncle' fags although I suspect those rip people off in exchange for smaller investment size.
Also fucking TastyTrade. Has anyone moved to their new platform yet? I still haven't moved my account from TD I got tied up in stupid trades and lost money on Ameritrade need to move funding

I run a woodworking company. Machines have given me the best ROI. Comparing myself to 10 years ago when I started, I am extremely efficient. Cleared about $350K before taxes last year.
IMO the best investments are the ones that make you more productive. Invest in tools, machines, employees, etc.. You can apply to this to almost any industry.

Why would you do that?
They're about to have their entire country destroyed by FREEDOM.

You can invest in the country a a whole, buying the few goods they export, like high quality methamphetamine, and resell it here
I've been told that cars as well as guns can be great investments as they seem to hold their value.
And why would anyone invest in some communist shithole's illicit drug trade?

Because it's extremely lucrative
