All others after dipped down lower the same day and his picks came after the stocks were already up. For my Canadian anons, keep an eye on CGC and OGI, I've heard speculation of some type of M&A activity between the two - CGC might make a bid to take out OGI.

Both engaged the same consulting firm, XIB, back in April this year and both paid 100 grand in company stock to XIB. I can't dig up anything on XIB but a well-connected friend of mine has dropped hints.

This could help explain their ridiculous run-up in excess of the rest of the space which has run-up quite a bit itself. Yesterday despite the intraday selloff CGC still closed 7% higher on the back of an 11% rally the prior day. OGI might be the better way to play a buyout though given they're much smaller
