GXY is not a virtual spec company anymore. They have their offtake agreements, they produce, if the product is battery grade (which it was), thats it, they are positioned in the supply chain.

Read the report - dated 27/4/16.

No financials show they got the $18M on or before 3/31.

They slyly indicate they should be paid - but it is dated today and shows NOTHING was received.

My optimism on Tse is fading. This report is not straightforward and sneaks around that they clearly didn't get the $18M.

This further really sucks because their report even says they need the capital from the $18M/36M to fund their operations.

I own and have read all their statements back to 2012. They aligned with Tse's presentation. I'm just unpleased they quietly removed the 3/31 date in this quarterly report (after writing 3/31 in prior releases) and avoid disclosing they haven't received the $18M.

It also doesn't help that this report shows they are tapped completely out on their $31M credit.

I can lose the money, it is the borderline dishonest report that pisses me off.

It says in this report they received 18 of the 36 million already but it's contingent they deliver in July. Clearly you have no experience in large deals like this but I will tell you how they work.

Chinese put up $36 million but with a middleman. Galaxy doesn't see a penny until they fulfill their contracted obligations but are encouraged to restart the operation because the cash has been shown to be legit. Ask anyone who's dealt with the Chinese.

After markets close for investors the brokers clear all orders then the next morning do their sums and set a new open price to be able to watch that would mean you'd have to be a broker or someone. I don't know of a way to see how that works but I don't know all the trading platforms available.

Thanks - that last sentence of the last paragraph is what the $18M is. The offtake prepayments is Tse's lingo for that. GMM provided the fund/manpower to get the mine running at Mt. C. (Look to the press release where GMM certified to GXY around 3/31 or 4/1)

You are correct as to stage GXY is in. (See middle of Tse presentation of 4/11 I believe showing juniors.) GXY at the moment is working product that was previously dug up and is working on the refinement. Actual new mining of product I think is December per their latest.

This companie has been in minig for a long time the closed a mine ages ago but since lithium is now at a good price they reopened it set up a new processing plant and have started processing the stockpile of rock to sell next few months. thats what Ive seen in the GXY reports
