Cut out all trash soda,candy, chips, fast food. make your own meals from shit you would buy at whole foods or any other grocery store. Figure out your macros(protiens, fats, carbs, fiber) and base your meals on that. Intermittent fasting is good, 8 hour window of food intake, 16 hours with no calories consumed, so basically only water or tea with no sugar. Find a workout that works for you, i like HIIT so i went with that.

If you lose faster than one pound a week, what happens is that when you get to your goal weight your metabolism in your body stays slowed down, way slowed down. This is a myth. Your body doesn't break down when you don't eat every 2 hours. In fact it really doesn't matter.
Intermittent fasting can help with hunger management. If I don't eat in the morning I'm usually not very hungry untill my first bite.

The type of food doesn't matter for weight loss. You could eat pizzas all day and lose weight, as long as you consume less calories than what you expend.
