Yes, all 3. I wasnt a fan of the DA on the 250 but still was tedious to shoot rapidly with Sig's high bore axis. P320 had the same issue but is a dream to shoot with the SRT installed. sure. i used to work at a gun shop. i was awarded a couple guns from a manufacturer sales contest. when i redeemed the guns and they arrived, despite being invoiced and addressed directly to me, my boss kept the guns and added them to his stores inventory and sold them. Cobra and Phoenix Arms. The Phoenix actually works fine as long as you dont shoot a ton of high velocity .22 though it. The .25 version will last a long time dues to the lack of power of the round. Cobras have constant feeding issues and firing pin breakages. it may not be perect, but if you need something to protect yourself and have ~$130 to cover the gun,ammo, and tax, its better than being unarmed.

Contact the ATF. Another shop I know of had something similar happen with a supressor. Gun shops tend to not want the ATF up their ass. Mention that they will be contacted. Rim fire is not ideal for defense. Rim fire ignites the powder less reliably than center fire cartridges and the large rim causes feeding issues from time to time. the first 1911 was made in .45. Military was tired of drugged up Moro guerrillas shrugging off .38 colt during the Philippine American War and reverted back to .45LC. From 1907-1911, trails were held to find a new service pistol with requirements being no less than .45 in caliber and semi auto.

JMB did later make the Browning high power (9mm) later on and some have speculated that he said it was what he wanted the 1911 to be.
