I like the look of the M9 Beretta better, but everyone seems to think that the 45 ACP rounds are just plain better for putting people in the ground.

I don't yet own a handgun and I'm trying to decide what to get. I want to be an accurate and fast shot. I want to be able to unholster the weapon and hit a moving target and put several rounds into the same 4 square inch area.

A fast lightweight 9mm can zip right through soft body armor.
And you have to get into hardened steel or ceramic armor to defeat rifle rounds.
