Quite honestly I use Gimp. I sometimes draw with pencil and that's just the best tool I've found so far that won't put into crippling debt.

Nice. I prefer Paint.NET and paper / pencil myself, when on the computer I've got a ThinkPad that has the drawing tablet built in, but that's different.
