So CDF tickets are sold out, and a bunch of flakey faggots dropped out at the last minute, and now we're back down to Three. But by God we'll be the most memetastic 3 there, kicking ass and taking names while checking dubs and rustling jimmies I'm also locked in as a Squad Leader, so they'll be hooking us up with other players to turn into our meme minions. Hopefully we'll have some video from the event, set to either obnoxious j-pop or MLG-pro-level dubstep. Hopefully both.
If anyone wants to join the skype anyway, do as the OP says. If anyone wants to grab some tickets from scalpers and jump in last second, we'll gladly take you on. I'll make sure to update regularly as things fall into place.

No? I mean, gear is black, green, or brown, but that's mostly because the good gear you can get is geared towards military kit. Other than that, there's nothing that stops you from wearing street clothes under your gear. If you REALLY want some colorful gear, get some gel fabric dye and look up how to dye UCP. Shit's ugly as sin in the sage green it comes in, but get some pink or blues or purples, it should come out pretty good.
Its up to you if you can get people of the same mentality and play together.
I just don't use bright colors since my local fields are all outdoor so it sticks out like a sore thumb.
If I had more CQB I'd do more funny impressions.
all I ever saved was a mock-up, the thing ain't even symmetrical or vectorized. The original anon just freehanded it so it needs a lot of clean-up. I tried to remake it once, but failed. I don't know which software do designers use but I ain't using photoshop no more.
There was also talk about using the xbox 360 kid on it.
Much of the gear you can buy is based on military gear so its in nonflashy colors.
If you want to wear flashy colors in the field go for it, but its impractical as it will make you easy to see. Not wearing hi vis isn't just for milsim as a lot of people like to blend in on the field. CQB doesn't matter tho so wear whatever you want there.
>tfw you had your 18 for a week
>tfw you traded it for a G23
Anyone know a good place to sell this type of shit, I don't want this anymore. Fuck ekike and their BoA
Absolutely not. I wear ATACs pattern camo plus ghille boonie hat mixed with deadfall around me. If you can find a good spot, people will just walk on by. And its not just my gear set-up, I've seen flecktran do just as good a job of making my foe invisible. Even plain black clothing works well, its all about changing your silhouette to something un-human.
Hey lads. Admitidly I'm knew to airsoft and a I'm a bit short on cash for it. A friend gave me this weapon. I apologise for it being pleb tier. What do I need to load this thing? Do I just get shells of Amazon or my local store? That's pic of the underneath.
>How does thing work
What is thing?
>I don't know
With only one pic, its not going to help you or us in recognizing, when want to find info on a car, you dont take pic of just the door handle do you?
Anyway, it looks like its gonna be an s&t 870 or the g&p one, spring and magazine loaded, not shells.
Nigga fuck off I'm asking $100, I'm not losing $130 fucking dollars. It's a Matrix (JG rebrand) one of the zombie killers. Here it is dressed up in stupid shit just for lulz.
I'm glad you asked, because I was about to do a review on the new Cyma tri shots. I got my CM352(Polymer body) version in today, and it feels much more solid than the cheaper tri shots on the market. Internals are metal, externals are a mixture of plastic and metal (Metal outer barrel, metal sling mounts, heavy duty nylon fiber polymer everywhere else). Trigger is plastic but feels solid. Has a really loud and satisfying bang noise when dry fired. Pump action feels satisfying though falls short of that classic Chk-chk cocking sound you'd be used to. Fake bolt/slide moves only half way. No iron sights but you can buy some aftermarket shotgun sights or use cold weld putty to install a rail system. Its also a freaking airsoft shotgun shooting at 280-320 FPS so its not exactly a field gun dominator, but ranges show you can easily do 100+ foot shots and lob out to 200. Slamfire is a huge plus, so if you're not a bitch/fuccboi you can easily slamfire this off in a few seconds which makes it a good burst weapon capable of going toe to toe with semi auto AEGs. Cost for me was 59.95 with shipping but it normally goes for 66 when not on a sale. For a springer shotgun its superior to the DE tri shots, and as a shotgun overall IMO its going to be the most fun one to use until the Tokyo marui AA12 comes out.
You'd be lucky to get 80
Good luck finding one. They're practically all sold out in North America because Cyma didn't make a huge batch (Next batch is coming out in 2016) and the ones in Europe are 100 euros plus right now. I literally got the last one from Airsoftgi.
If I want to throw $50 away, I'll get a boneyard gun that I can fix up or a mystery box from a company that doesn't try to advertise on a Japanese anime forum.
>gonna get rid of my ak, it's in pieces
>trading it to a friend who'll give me his tavor

Damn... I love simple rifles..
Any other tips on something that looks like SKS/SVT and isnť Mosin nagant?
Also what do you mean by "yet"? Did any company confirm they plan on doing them in the near future?
I mean we haven't been wiped out of existence yet, so its possible still. Your closest bet would be a Garand or M14 or M1 carbine. Everything else that would be "Simple" looking would be a bolt action.
Sorry I gotta play devil advocate here and say your wrong. See I can do it no problem.
Complete fucking idiot question coming through, how do I reassemble my upper? My first time doing tech work on anything Airsoft related.
Been considering buying a Kriss Vector, but sadly it's not sold anymore due to some licensing bullshit.
Any similar looking rifle you'd recommend?
mfw I bought a KWA vector and 10 mags for $350 Canadian from a guy rage quitting airsoft like 6-7 months ago. 3 of the mags were still packaged. He only gamed it something like 10 times.
How often do people get melee kills? I carry a rubber knife but I get a rare chance for a knife kill. Anyone carry a knifr or melee weapon?
Hey guys, looking to put a forward rail on my AKS-74u, the only one I've found to my liking is the solid alluminum one by Matrix/Cyma for $32 on AMS. Anyone have any other recommendations? Also want to mount a micro red dot to it, was thinking either an Evike T1 micro or one of those pistol style ones, thoughts? Unrelated, having phone issues.
>not using a lightsaber
Tactical shiggy diggy
ULTIMAK clone and T1 clone, best combo
Guys is there any real difference between the accuracy of a 255mm barrel and a 455mm? I kinda want an LCT AK and prefer 74u length guns, is there going to be a real accuracy and range difference between a 74u and 74M due to barrel length? This is for field use BTW.
Unless you are playing on a dense field with a ton of cover it isnt as useful as the people here like to play it up to be.
Also, I have been to a number of places and events and autists cant even match their camo to their enviorment (chocolate chip camo in woodland lel)
Anyone CIA guy loadout?
I think someone even made a loadout picture.

I love when kids shit on parts claiming they have "tons" of nondescript experience. People parrot so much bullshit online and they fall back on "y-y-you just don't know enough" when you disagree with any of it.
Where the fuck can I still find a King Arms P90? Not that ABS Cybergun shit that Evike sells; I mean the one with the nylon fiber body that's apparently discontinued.
I want an ak74m. I've not the budget for an E&L or a LCT.
That's why i would like to take a cm040 but i saw it :
It's Meister Arm it's cheap ak of E&L. Is it good or should i take a cyma ?
I can't speak for the Meister AK 74M, but I've had the CYMA 040C since 2011 and it hasn't skipped a beat.
Motor, hop unit, barrel, and gearbox are all well put together, plus it has a steel body.
Nothing fancy, but it all works.
yo guys is pic related the absolute bottom of the barrel of barrels?
I'm gonna r-hop and need a precision barrel with a vertical window of about 420mm length it pic related does the trick but idk about the brand, never heard of them
I'd like to know if one of you has any experience with it
I'm pretty sure they're ass. if you're going to buy an aftermarket barrel just go for Prometheus or at least ZCI.
PDI is fucking bonkers good for DMR/sniper tune jobs but it's just excessively expensive and not enough of an upgrade from Prometheus to justify the cash.
Guys, Echo 1 or Lancer Tacticool for an FAL?
>Not liking the best mid-tier rifle supplier on the globe.
Whats a good starter AR based rifle with rails so I can be tacticool and impress all my non existant friends with sights, foregrips and flashlights?
I was looking at the G&G Combat Machines but they have no operater tacticool rail systems
CYMA AKs are less like Kalashnikov and more like the mass-produced AKs found all over the world. Your "Kalashnikov" AKs are more LCT and E&L. But no matter what you get, you're getting some damn good gun for your money.
Just got the MMC Pro Trigger for my MSR, fully dismantled. No idea how to build this shit. Wish me luck.
As if we do not test samples we get. Hell we don't even have a website. I am not trying to make a sale. The MA AK-74 works well, built solid, looks good. Visibly better than CYMA and JG. Not quite the same high level of fit and finish as the main E&L branch. But gun is good. I am just offering input.
Cyma AKs are good you pleb
Hands down the most bang for your buck brand out there. You can easily get a full metal starter AK for 90-100 bucks and the ones that will last forever are under 200
mfw the FBI and Interpol are probably on this thread right now thinking the spergs have all these toy guns for terrorism or someshit.
How much of a gun can I replace before it's not a marui anymore?
Gearbox case is cracked, upper reciever is going to be swapped, but the innards are still TM...
TFW basically dr frankenstein to these poor raifus
They're not taking my raifu
I'll use my realfu if necessary
Im thinking about getting these but the pictures seem like they have some sort of different shade of color, is it just the lighthing when it was taken as its the same model by the same company?
Hey guys, I'm looking for a full metal underfolder AK that is TM based.
Any suggestions ? I think there's only one from Cyma that has this weird color on the parts that would fit my criteria but I'm very unsure.
I find that screws are much easier than hammering out pins.
Also, so far I believe only the CM.042S would fill my requirements as the other underfolders are plastic.
And I believe this could be a good rifle if I repaint the thing. But I wanted to put a US Palm grip on it and there's this reinforcement plate between the grip and receiver. I don't suppose anyone could tell me if the US Palm grip would still fit ?
There aren't even that many pins, anon. The only reason there would be pins is to take out side folding stocks and the outer barrel. Considering you want an underfolder, and I doubt you have any reason to take out the barrel, you're just making things harder for yourself.
And giving yourself the inferior rifle
Ask me about serbshit
No such thing as overkill.
Although I would have chosen for some kind of metal folding stock.
And now I suggest you paint it some kind of purple with other colors on small parts.
Hey /asp/. Lets talk a bit about softgun(s)
So far, all i've been using is a Pump AK-47. It's pretty fucking shitty and i am the only one who can actually hit with the damn thing. But being a poor fag, i've never gotten a chance to buy a new gun. But now, all that changes. Cause i got a job. So to celebrate, i though i'd buy myself a Revolver
My eyes are pointed at the Dan Wesson 6" Chrome CO2, so i wanted to know what /asp/ think's about this gun?
yo guys I was hammering out one of the pins on my cm045 and actually managed to destroy the pin (it was in there REALLY tight) what can I use as a replacement? Don't want to order one from cyma
The Dan Wesson is totally fine if you don't plan on using it on long range, as there's no hopup system built inside.
Also, get the low pressure shells, not the high ones.
No, but I have the gearbox from one in my ASG Vz61 as a temporary thing.
Life is suffering.
I have a clone of the 2.5" version. It's fun, but you won't hit a fucking thing with it, and out the box it shoots way over 400. Get the low power shells if you want to use it, and look up the guide floating around for how to put a regular pistol barrel and hopup into it if you want range or accuracy.

>guy on my team has his vest lined with fake grass
>he has three revolvers
>one of which is a gold one strapped to his back
>forgot what he said, but I think he said it shot hot and it's to deal with assholes who cheat
It feels a bit more comfortable with an AR stock. With all the new hardware on the front a wire stock looks a bit out of place anyway. I already gave the gun a bit of an HK type paint job, which I think fits the character of the gun pretty well.
I think I like it better with the T1 clone mounted low. I won't use the TM tracer unit on my KM silencer unless it's needed.
I'm going to Fulda to remove commie.
Red's only good if it's dead.
It's a DBOYS with a JG blue motor, stricter QC, possibly a better hopup, and a warranty.
All the gearbox problems are still there, along with the tendency for the stock to pinch and cut wires.

>yfw there are nato forces using AKM type mags (a la RK95) G36's, 417's MP5's and a whole other combination of weird and wonderful magazines.
Hicaps are objectively shit. They don't feed nearly as well as a well maintained mid cap, and basically limit you to only 20-30 round bursts before you spend 5 seconds winding that wheel. Unless its an auto-winding magazine the only people I know of who use hi caps are ultra poorfags, newbies and idiots.
Well, the cool thing about airsoft is that two people can have completely different experiences. Each field has different players it attracts which warrant different styles of play. No need to shit on people for playing differently.
Again, not in my experience. My M14 hicaps feed better than my mids, and while cyma mags don't feed well in my AK, dboys ones feed with no problem at all.
And either gun can dump most of the mag before it needs winding.
What the hell kind of cheap shit have you been buying m8?
I don't know, I don't waste money on shitty hicaps and instead just get good midcaps that have all the upsides and no downsides (unless your pleb ass thinks 170 rounds instead of 300 rounds is a downside)
>Being unironically a speedsofter
>Magdumping with an M14
Might as well get a stubby M4 with a box mag and minmax yourself to the extreme
Not gonna lie, when I first got it, everytime I played with it I could feel my lifespan shorten. After a while, it became bearable.
However, being THAT GUY with the MMG makes it all the worthwhile.
Never been to a cqb field, and the woods field I play at don't care. Lots of people, marshals included, run stupid bullshit with drums and hicaps.
Maybe it's UK airsoft vs US airsoft? Here the people who take it ultra seriously tend to be the ones getting laughed out.
Finland isn't a part of NATO. There's been talk of it since Ukraine, but the general policy is to not join so Russia doesn't throw a shitfit. Finland is part of the EU though, so they should be fairly safe from Russian invasion.
Unless the game itself restricts it to mid/low caps only, there's no real problem, plus CQB fields here forces you to semi, so high/drum mags are pointless unless you just want to carry one mag.
I got mids for my SR25 and M4 anyway.
Additionally, many players don't just magdump and run around with box magazines. Going full minmax especially with newer or younger players is a detriment to the sport as you're discouraging them from continuing on if they're just getting rekt and not having fun.
In the US there's more of a sporting code to it that balances out individuals, so that was a polarstar user and a 100 dollar cyma user can be on somewhat equal footing.
Everywhere in the Northeast US where I've been there's an unwritten code about speedsofting, which is that we don't want it because it makes the community toxic when it should be a fun game and not about just lighting someone up.
Speedsofting doesn't equate to highcaps, your locals are just a bunch of whiny players.
This is literally like blaming guns on mass shootings.
A high cap won't make you a faggot, it's your choice to be one.
You made yourself a faggot m8
>Magdump into bushes erryday, sights are for faggots.
>If you don't like my spraying with hicaps you're a whiny faggot
I'm blaming you. You are the problem. I don't like hicaps, but I don't like even more toxic players like you. I could just rig up my polarstar to be a literal BB hose and just absolutely destroy everyone, but I don't. Know why? Because I'm trying to be sporting. However, if you want to be a speedsofting faggot I'd gladly even the playing field on you with 38 BPS and a 4k drum mag.
Attitudes like 'you use a hicap therefore get fucked' are going to be a lot worse for the community than lighting up a holly bush five guys are hiding behind, surely?
I find it's the guys who scream and swear and try to start fights over petty bullshit that are the problem, not hicap magazines.
(And speaking as a guy who runs a £130 dboys AK among all the ares amoebas and fucking unicorn guns, what gear you have as fuck all to do with how 'good' you are at running about in the woods.)
Good for you m8, you'd still need to chrono under 350 on a 0.2 to use it, same as my drum-AK, that guy with his polarstar, and a fourteen year old kid with a rental G36.
Different person then.
I don't like hicaps and I don't like speedsofters. I also don't like running m4s, but you don't see ARfags crying about it. Crying persecution because someone doesn't like hi caps is retarded. That's like you complaining about me having better gear than you right now. It doesn't give me much of an edge but its a matter of taste. Speedsofters also kill the sporting aspect of the game because it makes it 100% about the gear you bring, which contradicts your frustration at people with gear and nice guns. Also yes, I can easily chrono under 350, and even bump my ROF to 70. Want to play against me? I bet not.
Backed out? I thought you weren't taking this sport seriously. Don't be a milsimfag complaining about realism now ;).
I can't remember the limit, but it's probably about that.
They never seem to have problems with it.
There is a difference between 'I run a hicap on a stock gun shooting under 350' and 'I am using a literal pellet hose and deliberately being a cock about it'. If you can't see that, I really don't want to be anywhere near a site you play on m8.
(You're also arguing with two different people. I'm not him. >>741956 >>741945 )
You're confusing me then. Anyways the hicap is personal taste and you shouldn't cry persecution because someone doesn't like them. Additionally the other person who likes to just spray and pray with an AEG isn't any different than a person with a polar star doing the same. There's a reason why those "whiny players" have these types of rules in place.
>Attitudes like 'you use a hicap therefore get fucked' are going to be a lot worse for the community than lighting up a holly bush five guys are hiding behind, surely?
But that's a false dichotomy. People use high-caps just fine where I am and they get no shit for it, but most fields, both indoor and outdoor, are moving to semi-auto only if they haven't already. Since midcaps tend to feed more consistently for that, more experienced players are going to tend to use midcaps, and very often advise new players to do the same as they improve their kit and get better.
What's not accepted here is spray-and-pray, which people do take issue with. No one wants to be on the opposite end of a bb hose, and it's actually why most of fields have been moving to semi-auto. Players just aren't going to the full-auto fields anymore.
American airsoft is becoming very structured in terms of rules. Semi only is encouraged in a lot of games that aren't just total casual games. Midcaps are encouraged as well. Essentially the hobby is turning into a casual sort of sport with specific parameters that must be met.
We have a fair few rules over here too, but no-one gives a fuck abut hicaps, or polarstars, or speedsoft. Not for sunday pickup games anyway, they get more serious about rules on special event games one the occasional saturday, with ammo limits rather than disallowing mags or full auto.
Hell, one of the best games I ever had was a two hour long defence on a rolling assault, and three of the best players on my team were using rentals. Admittedly they were actual serving soldiers, but still. Gear doesn't make the airsofter.
Never said gear does. Certain rules however can nullify gear. Semi only for example can remove a lot of the disparities between low cost and high cost guns, making skilled players better than unskilled no matter what they're using. In the US military simulation is also liked, and milsim games can go from casual to extreme. Casual milsim games are merely squad based airsoft games with structured rules of engagement. There are also many fields which enforce semi or 1 hicap/4-5 midcaps per individual in order to maintain a balance of rounds and make it more about your skill rather than how many rounds you have.
The outdoor fields make exceptions for LMGs, but that can't just be any M4 with a mag on it.
Semi is encouraged for a number of reasons: it trains accuracy, reduces ammunition consumption, reduces chance of collateral damage, and reduces the number of bbs you put on a target. Good players appreciate a trained trigger finger. No player worth his salt is going to be adverse to getting hit, but a good player is also going to minimize hurt on others and appreciates it when someone else does the same.
And keep in mind, these are not casual players we're talking here, the most hardcore players were the ones bailing on the full-auto fields because of casual newbies and assholes with P*s shitting everything up with their spray and pray.
>Semi only for example can remove a lot of the disparities between low cost and high cost guns, making skilled players better than unskilled no matter what they're using
Someone with a $800 rifle with a 11.1 lipo (pr a P*) will be able to put more rounds downrange than someone of the same skill with a cheap $100 rifle and an 8.4 Ni-MH thanks to better trigger response and a higher speed motor and gears.
Rebel Yell III planning is pretty much enveloping my entire airsoft existence right now. Being in between jobs has more or less sucked my funds dry to the point where I can't do much else.
It's a real shame too, because there's an indoor version of the local Firefly LARP at my home field this weekend, and I really wanted to go. Seems like an IRL version of Space Station 13. But I'd rather have that $35 for gas and booze to get down to Oklahoma.
We just came back from a 24h milsim event. Airsoft season is just starting here!
>Seems like an IRL version of Space Station 13
I have a buddy who has been trying to get me to play for a while. It seems fun but he seems to be one of those autismo milsim kind of guys and I'm not really into playing arma 3 irl.
I've seen some videos where it was basically exactly that, whole chain of command, everybody has some sort of tacticool codename, and they were dressed up like they're in the delta force or some shit. I understand if you're playing outdoors camo can actually make a difference, but shit some of these guys just go all out. It was almost a step away from larping.
Is everybody who plays this game this autistic? Or is this just an over represented stereotype?
And US SF use AKMs on occasion. What's your point? Of course, that doesn't mean there aren't countries with WP round guns still in normal service. Hungary still has a few AMD-65s in service, and Poland should still have a few Tantals in service with reserve forces, but for the most part, pretty much everyone uses the 5.56 NATO cartridge. Except Turkey, of course. Their standard infantry cartridge is still 7.62x51mm.
I don't like all this talk about semi-only. Before I get into this, I just want to say that I also think P*s are a cancer killing airsoft. Too many events have been ruined by that guy with deep pockets who's trying to get his "K/D" up by hosing down the field.
On the other hand, being limited to semi-only also sucks, but not equally with the above example. Being limited to single fire could cause you to give away your position needlessly. One or two BBs may not be enough for a target to call his hit, especially if he is in any sort of brush. Conversely, a short burst of 5-10 BBs may get the job done better.
Unfortunately, I don't think a middle ground can be explained to a group of people pre-game without massive confusion.
If you have good players and good refs, the chances of someone not calling their hits from semi are pretty slim, even if you only hit them once, and at ranges they won't hear the bb hit them are a crapshoot even at full auto. And you're much MUCH more likely to give yourself away with a full-auto burst. Just one bb ricocheting is confusing, but a stream coming from one direction is easy to see. If your target is behind brush, a short burst isn't any more guaranteed to hit him, even at range. The best idea would be to move up and flank him or focus-fire with a friend. And what's more is that the guy in the bushes has the same problem you do.
And if you just need to put enough plastic on someone who isn't calling their hits, you can get pretty decent ROF with a well tuned gun even in semi, so it's not like you're at that much of a disadvantage to hit with semi-only. It's really a matter of hitting someone with three shots versus hitting someone with ten.
Point being that calling any one type of magazine a STANAG is retarded. There are many different shapes and sizes standardized by NATO. I'm not being autistic, but your argument is invalid.
For some people the attraction of airsoft lies purely in being able to dress up as a soldier i.e. they leave as soon as it starts to rain, or refuse to get their kit dirty.
These are in the minority though, most guys just want to run around and shoot people (with toys that look like real guns).
No, NATO countries simply choose to follow STANAG standards or they don't. The STANAG magazine is used by most NATO countries on their main service weapon such as the UK, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, Japan, the Czech Republic, Canada, Poland's new rifle, and so on and so on. Most NATO nations use STANAG magazines. Germans and Austrians being special snowflakes isn't the exception rather than being the rule.
A lot of p* users including myself are very conscious of the issues with HPA guns. Many of us care more about FPS limits than AEG users because in the eyes of the community a hit AEG user is a dick and a hot HPA user is the reason why HPA is cancer.
Sorry I disagree, I simply don't want to hedge my bets on one round. If you(not you personally) can't handle the pain of getting hit, stop playing airsoft.
If your gun shoots automatic, your limiting yourself with semi,"A burst is best". There is a reason why military's switched to full-auto weapons.
And before you bring up the M16A1 in Vietnam. They didn't switch the weapon to 3-round burst because soldiers weren't getting kills, but because they were running out of ammo on person.
Airsoft is larping, nothing wrong with that.
Furthermore, Refs in airsoft are a joke. They are only effective against the wildest of assholes and making sure vehicles don't run over people.
The ref won't be there when I ambush a small group in the bush, and I don't want them there. Refs have a really bad habit of giving away positions.
Well then pull the trigger a second, third, fourth, and fifth time, why don't you. If you can only feel confident with a lead finger, that's on you, not everyone else. If you're (not you personally) so paranoid about people calling their hits, maybe you should stop playing an honor sport like airsoft.
THAT'S the right answer, but I doubt players will follow this attitude though.
People can justify full-auto(or any matter) easily with any logic comes up themselves.
>I can't rely on you calling hits. I need to unload the whole mag on you until you call you are hit. But it doesn't really matter if you call your hits or not, I already dump the whole mag on you with high ROF.
>It's your own fault for bleeding out after a whole mag dump on you, you should wear heavy vest like everyone does.
>You are bad at the game so you let me had chances to full-auto you. It is not your game, you can go, no one force you to play.
I shouldn't be curious for "why people like full-auto guns so much".
Well, it doesn't really matter if people can justify it to themselves or not, because the field and the organizer is the one with the final say. With locals abandoning the full-auto fields for semi fields around here, the full-auto fields are switching over to a semi-auto format, support weapons exceptioned. Clearly, players would rather risk trusting each other than deal with volume of fire wars.
>There is a reason why military's switched to full-auto weapons.
No formal modern military encourages full auto on select fire rifles. The AK's fire for example is designed so soldiers in panic mode switch to semi auto rather than full auto. Full auto is essentially useful in very niche scenarios, and many officers discourage it because it is a waste of ammunition when semi-auto riflemen backed up by SAWs Wehrmacht style works much more efficiently.
>What is accurate fire?
Sorry anon. I didn't mean to mock the fact you are only familiar with 80's action movies type shooting.
Volume of fire: More rounds put down field will always produce better results at the expense of greater consumption of ammunition.
You can't think of any modern military that uses full-auto? Come now, give me a country and I'll show you a military that uses full auto.
Actually, I forgot to mention some players will bring overpower pistols(those powered by CO2 or red gas) in case there are needs of punishment for those people who don't call hits.
I am just sayin', not throwing any shit to any specific person.
I heard too much from players who think full-auto everyone is the solution of dealing with cheaters.
Distrust and assholery, they ruin not only this honor sport but everything, really; but they are in human nature, right? How many people learnt to trust each other, or learnt not to be an asshole in fact?
Judging from local fields where I live in,
fields just care about maintaining their business,
and game organizer/host is just the person who has bunch of friends, for holding a smooth game and avoiding any conflicts if necessary. They will turn a blind eye if no one complains, because "more mutual friends = more games can be held = more potential income".
Service weapons are different than weapons designed for fully automatic fire. Select fire rifles have fully automatic settings designed for bursts of rapid fire activity being needed, such as close quarters or improvised suppressing fire. Mag dump an AK or AR or any modern firearm and see if the barrel which you can't change easily or cool efficiently doesn't warp or melt/burn furniture.
That's pretty cool. I've done a few pick-up games all around to see if I really like it, but nothing serious yet. I'm just trying to make more connections before I go big on it and cash out though. I feel like it's going to be as fun as the people I play with.
It really is as fun and/or serious as you want it to be. Also it depends on the people organizing and playing, the place, etc.
I had a really bad first game, with terrible players and organization but it felt really good and I haven't stopped playing since.
I know /asg/ is dead, but holy shit.
You are missing the point. The point of argument was the effectiveness of semi vs full-auto. Full -auto is more effective.
No one was talking about tactics, techniques, or barrels heating up.
Why are P*s cancer? Because they illustrate that exact point. AEGs cannot match volume of fire to a P*. This doesn't invalidate full-auto, only shows that too much of a good thing is bad in the realm of airsoft.
I'll post a couple from this last weekend's milsim.

Don't forget to contribute if you haven't
>Make medic role entirely impractical and confusing
>Fewer people want to be medics
FFS Airsoft is about as milsim as Battlefield. If you realize this you can make your milsim events more fun instead of being "Hurr we so hard we're going to walk 5 miles in full gear just to get shot up". If I wanted to play army I'd join the fucking army. I want to play airsoft with squad tactics.
>tfw you'll never ride eternal; shiny and chrome
Yeah, that won't get adopted any time soon. Not only are ace bandages and water bottles faster and more fun, they're also much MUCH cheaper. Guarantee you that if, say, AMS were to start using these, they'd end up with at least two or three lost or damaged units per event.
if you want to do this defib thing, I'd say ditch the little PCB and keep the AED, and when the medic resuscitates the guy do the white cloth around the arm
or just do the white cloth like always and don't do the defib
if by "special effects" you mean the sepia/orange tone: yes, it's just an addition. The whole movie are practical effects, please watch the fucking making offs, which are almost as good as the movie
I thought it was turning into a distribution center for that local spice company? Almost regret not doing it, but I don't like camo and they were really charging a lot. Would rather go to Rebel Yell and wear hawaiian shirts.
I don't know what the new use for it but no more airsoft inna mall.
I wish american milsim and Lion Claws would do more shit closer to Ohio and more consistently
and trust me I wanted to go to irene
Educate yourself mate. http://www.airsoftsniperforum.com/44-others/2007-whats-difference-l96-clones.html AirsoftSniperForum also has tons of cheap BASRs for sale every now and then. The tactics, teching guides, and other resources in this forum are invaluable. And since Airsoftmechanics finally bit the dust, a lot of these articles are the only record of their techniques on the internet now.
If you went to TMP they gave you half-off for Irene, but I know the feeling. We have a bunch of local milsim events here in Wisconsin though, so I should give them a run next season. I'm really just waiting for AMS or MSW to do a major op up here. I don't care much for LCS.
Hey, i have a TM M4 that i just "finished". I am building a USMC MARSOC kit and i wanted to ask what kind of sniper to get as i want to get into it. I was looking at the M40A5 from VFC but i live in norway so it gets a little cold here sometimes. I can also go for a DMR but i dont really know what MARSOC uses, iwe heard SR-25 and M110 are for my kit but im not sure. Btw, for a semi sniper i have a 450fps limit and a 550fps limit on the bolt action (national airsoft laws)
