Zack Socialist Jr has a work out plan, yet can't build a single ounce of muscle.
>>3010225
He's strong and has an amazing sense of balance. He doesn't need 'muscle'.
>>3010232
Balance, sure. Strength? lol.
>>3010266
Strong enough to make his submission holds look convincing, the way he flexes his muscles during the holds.
>>3010225
>work out is all about building muscle and none about flexibility, cardio or motor

>He's strong and has an amazing sense of balance. He doesn't need 'muscle'.

There isn't anything convincing about Zack Twinker Junior wrestling guys twice his size and him not immediately being ragdolled to death.
>>3010105
No wonder he looks like a fucking twink, lift a weight and eat some food.
>>3010414
This is just what they do on training days, you're expected to do gym the rest of the time.
I've heard other NJPW guys talk about dojo workouts and they also add they do lifting and focus on one set of muscles each day for emphasis, as a lot of these workouts are meant to build endurance and not mass.

Yep.
AAA/LU wrestler Angelico has recorded himself doing 1x1000 squats, IIRC it took him 59ish minutes to complete the set. Leg endurance is extremely important for wrestlers.

Imagine being a pro wrestler and trying to convince people you're larger than life and tough, yet you don't build a single ounce of muscle.
>>3011707
Zack never does that though. Clearly he's good enough. Matt riddle is willing to job to him. Shibata liked him so much he used his moves. Suzuki liked him so much he brought him to New Japan
Train in Muay Thai, train in catch or no-gi jiu-jitsu, train in freestyle wrestling or Sambo.
That's how you'll get a clue and become a better pro-wrestler.
