Any gasfags? I have a question.
I have 2 mags for muh pistol. One of them I get about 50 shots out of before I have to Re-gas. The other one I get maybe 10 if I'm lucky. The gas can is about half full, and neither mag is leaking. What causes this issue and how can I fix it? Even after tightening all the valves the mag is still working like ass.

I went through my 2,5gb guns and things folder, and the only picture of a MAT-49 I have saved is animu. I would very much like a battery powered MAT-49 firing 6mm caseless.

As for gear, I dress for the occasion. Weekly pick-up games, team colours. A scenario game based on real world conflicts, as close to real as closet allows. None of my kits are 1:1 but I have a lot of passable kits.

The trade was back in 2010. What happened was a marine had a heavily modified JG S-System with all sorts of stuff like upgraded internals, gearbox, MOSFET, and silencer. He even included the grippod that he had while on deployment. When I got my hands on it, the motor KO'd and destroyed my battery; when I went back to him, he gave me a replacement motor and said that he couldn't trade back because he had modified the SCAR too heavily to effectively give back. That was the last I saw of him

As for the Halo 2 thing, I had sorta thought this as the design you see there is the Halo2 model, but all models after that have the trigger guard, so it could be a matter of technological limitations, or simply because they forgot to model one in.

I apologize if it's legitimately that much of a bother, I don't really have much control over the feminine " meme ". I also thought just a little bit of going off topic wouldn't hurt too much.

I'll start with my rifle.

Originally it was this but I'm going to change it up to be more mobile.

I'm going to take off the S&T M320 replacing it with a full length Tango Down QD vertical foregrip on it, swap out my current rail covers for Tango Down rail covers, put that LBX two point sling in black multicam on it, change the flash hider for the VFC flash hider which is the one the real one has, swap the aimpoint out for a 1-4x30 scope and put on a CQB barrel.

On that part, the foregrip should be coming in sometime next week, and I've already got the scope, proper flash hider and CQB barrel on.

For my kit, i need to get a distress marker pouch and counterweight for my helmet, the 6094 plate carrier and after that its just little things like a radio pouch , a different PTT and the radio itself so the cord on my ZTAC Comtac IIs aren't just dangling around when I run.

I'm also considering swapping out my Emerson top for a Tru Spec top, but I have to see how it fits first, Chinese stuff isn't very friendly when it comes to people with long limbs. For some reason everyone had this huge sale on Tru Spec BDUs for certain colors, so I ordered a plain black one for literally $10. If I like it, I'll spend the $60 for a black multicam one.

I can tell you for certain it's not better by much. The stock internals are pretty bad. You need to do almost an entire internal rebuild within 20k rounds at least I did, and I use a 7.4.

The externals are a bit better than the m60's, but that's the only major leg up it has. The bb feeding hose is internal on the pkm, so I guess that's another plus.

If you want to add optics, they make a scope mount for it obviously, but the matrix one (I have) is a cunt hair smaller than standard rails, so QD optics aren't gunna fit right.

The weight of either might be a turn off, but at lease the m60 has a dedicated foregrip/handguard. Then again that box mag gets in the way if you're right handed.

The pkm and the m60 in my experience both have pretty bad feeding issues sometimes. The pkm's issues are mostly related to its capacity, believe it or not.

Get an m249 and be happier using m4 mags in the event your box mag fucks up, and enjoy the most comfortable option.

This is probably the biggest issue with any LMG, but especially so with the A&K M60.

The feeding issues or the capacity? Having the hose on the outside, and the way it has to snake and possibly kink seems to be the m60's main issue with the box mag. The pkm's issue is that loading too many bbs can cause the box to lock up because the gears won't be Able to spin with weight of the bbs on them. It's advertised as 5000, can hold probably 7000+, but loading it with more than 3000 or so is just asking for trouble.

As long as you don't overfill it, there shouldn't be an issue. If you want an lmg, you're better off getting an m249. At least that way you can use magazines if you're box mag ever fucks up, which they all seem to do on a way too frequent basis. Even if you can't afford a CA, get an a&k, use it until it shits out, and replace the internals with better stuff.

I need some advice for my friend building an East German kit.
I have a budget of about $100 and I'm trying to find an AK that he could use/ pass for an East German AK and I could modify for him to use an East German stock. Save the poor rifle and unfuck it. It's worth it, but beware, gearbox is modified ver 2. (because G&G) and if it cracks, you gotta find a dealer who supplies the exact same gearbox model (GF76).
It also has unusually long air nozzle and unique hop-up unit.

Other than that it's a great gun.

All SRC guns are Marui based. This is fine for things like ARs, G36s, and MP5s, but the modern standard for AKs is VFC now.
SRC is an old ass company too, and I don't know if they're even around still, or if stores are just selling deadstock.

I also forgot to add that the S&T M320 was going into a Blue Force Gear Holster on the side of my pack, which surprisingly, came in today.
I just wish I could of had it in black or black multicam, but atleast I have a holster now.

That's the beauty of airsoft. It doesn't have to be 100% realistic. However, they do make muzzle devices for some shortbarreled guns that look like that, because they add more backpressure to help cycle the gun.

They seem to make bigger differences on guns with short barrels vs longer ones in terms of sound in airsoft.

I use it because it makes a distinct sound when paired with my fire rate. People I play with have said to me "I can tell when you're firing." Most of the ones people buy aren't that loud. The loudest one I had was a suppressor I cut roughly in half. Sadly that one broke when I was playing airsoft while severely hung over. Gun took a nose dive.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to to move somewhere with more relaxed or even sensible gun laws including Airsoft

But I kind of take comfort in Australian gun laws and knowing that it is not impossible to get a gun just really expensive and time consuming, I like the idea of enthusiasts and responsible people having guns but I also know a lot of people that I wouldn't trust being near a real gun let alone being able to own an Airsoft gun

I already own 3 AEGs, 1 BASR, 6 pistols, and 2 revolvers.

I only use 2 of the AEGs, and 2 pistols. The rest are dead weight, I only own them because I like the look of them.

I should clarify I am not anti gun or anything like that, it's just in a country with laws like ours common sense about guns is hard to find unless you are actually a gun owner or have been to a range before

Common sense like you don't walk around with an exposed gun - use a carry case, not pointing the barrel at someone, make sure it's not loaded etc

I used to go out hunting with friends who owned guns and they wouldn't even let me touch them until they had explained the basics of gun handling and how to use them, total respect to him as well for being smart enough to make sure I knew what I was doing and being responsible

Of pic related, I use the AK74 the most, M16A4 occasionally, and the Type 89 is there for backup (but mostly because I like the look of it).

I want a Sig 550, but just can;t justify it, plus I know I'll spend ages tinkering with it to get it shooting just right, then basically never use it.

Because where I am they're like unicorns. Everyone here tries to take their AR and turn it into a special snowflake or get a snowflake gun right off the bat. I don't think I've ever seen a regular M16 here
