Any and all guns are allowed besides HPA setups. No rules on setups besides the previous rule on specific players.

BSRs and DMRs are allowed, but must perform well under a specific accuracy test at a range.

Players must be able to consistently hit the head of a manakin 8 times, with 40g BBs at 300m.

GBB and Gas sniper rifles and DMRs are given lesuire, only needing to hit the body at 200m.

This is to make sure they aren't worthless and unable to perform well.

Will be under watch from a referee, and given 3 redos.

TD is heavily watched by refs, given 3 fuckups before they are out of the field for a day.

Field is outdoor in a Syria like rocky deserty mountainous enviorment.

Players can bring their own trucks to drive around ( given 50% off of admission) but must be okay with them being shot, and windows must be down at all times. Only 2 trucks per team are allowed.

Warehouse or arena the size of CQB city turned into a dark misty cyberpunk cityscape. Lots of metal gratings, fog machines, lights, and the constant background sound of heavy industry and rain. At least two floors for the buildings.

Objectives based around typical police/terrorist things like bombs, steal the briefcase, precinct assault.

Strict 350 FPS and 20 BPS for all weapons, full auto allowed but only short bursts.
No MED, no bang kills
Discounts for those turning in up appropriate cyberpunky or urban costume to discourage woodland/multifags.

BIG indoor. Think of a massive warehouse or various connected.
Make it so it has underground tunnels/sewers, buildings of different heights, fake lushy areas, vehicles here and there, an 'airport' with a plane (ala SWAT movie), a small industrial area, two spawn army bases, the list goes on. But the most important part of this is make it modular to some degree so the field is not always the same.
Basically a minituarized city that change its shape when needed.

Put smoke machines around for foggy games, use sprinklers system for rain games, turn off the lighs for night games. One vehicle on each base with a speed limiter and a mounted LMG and use balloons as a way of measuring when the vehicle is too fucked up to keep working. Depending on the type of game allow deploying 'barbed wite' or setting up movement sensors/traps.
Sound system to play different sounds as needed.

I can say for a fact that nobody would go to it just because of the heavy restrictions that discriminate other players and demonizes them. You're essentially making a field that divides so many players and prevents them from simply wearing whatever they want. Where I play, shooting through 'small' holes that could cause under-med hits is considered blindfiring. I wasn't talking about popping out your Glock around the corner and pulling the trigger (which I personally don't have a problem with anyways) and that's why I limited doing it to low energy or to none-to-short bursts so that even if someone got hit it wouldn't be harsh.

Red: fire rate and/or fps too high for cqb maps, bang bang rule mandatory if less than 10 feet
yellow: minor infractions with refs in past
blue: can play on any map, no MED enforced, and has no infractions with refs.
Brown: apart of a team
white: personal friends of mine, so they can reap the benefits of playing at the field their friend owns.
