Thai boxer here. Here's my routine:
I do 10 rounds of heavybag work. Rounds are 3 minutes with one minute of rest between rounds. During that rest period, I do 10 Burpees. 100 total (duh).
After bagwork I do:
>100 push-ups
>100 air squats
>100 53lbs in swings
>50 Pullups on rings
>200-300 reps of some ab drill
What happened to this board? Last I checked it was all street fighting nerds and bodyweight and mountain climbing/biking.. Now all I see are closeted wrasslin homos, hardly anything else. I'm not amerifat and don't give two shits about gay musclemen in shiny clothes. Did something happen?
