Start by recognizing that you don't have to drink/eat something. You can just not take it.
Maybe take it slow. Start swapping with sugar free and zero calorie alternates, and go from there. Drink a lot of water. There are some medicinal things out there that can help you cut sugar cravings.

there's no magic trick besides hust not drinking it. you're in controle of your body. you can tell you hand to put that bottle down ANY time and it will obey.
i get that it is a matter of selfdiscipline. but that wonmt just come to you trough "motovation". it's something you have to do ober and over again. train it like a muscle.
also, it's entirely possible to cut out refined sugar completely.
